With over a decade of experience in the Light Gauge Steel Framing (LGSF) industry, David Del Monte is proud to serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Orlando Steel Framing, where he has played a pivotal role in advancing the company's operations for the past two years.

David’s journey in the LGSF industry began over twelve years ago, during which time he has honed his expertise in every facet of this dynamic field, encompassing engineering design, construction, & the comprehensive management of LGSF manufacturing facilities. David’s career has taken him across diverse geographical regions, including South & Central America, the Caribbean Islands, & the United States. These experiences have provided him with a deep understanding of the global nuances within the industry.

One of David’s core strengths lies in effectively managing manufacturing sites, overseeing the intricacies of the export & import of raw materials & finished products, & implementing innovative solutions to address complex construction requirements. Throughout his career, David has consistently pushed the boundaries of conventional thinking to develop groundbreaking designs that not only meet industry standards but also exceed them.

A testament to my commitment to innovation is the unique Manufacturing Execution System (MES) David has developed for the Cold Form Manufacturing industry. This system is fully compliant with the rigorous standards set by the International Code Council Evaluation Service (ICC ES 2361) and the ISA-95 standards, enhancing operational efficiency, quality control, & safety.

Currently, David’s focus is on spearheading the development of several cutting-edge products, including Structural Components such as CFS Bar Joists, Stair Systems, & Floor & Roof Panel Systems. These innovative products not only demonstrate my dedication to advancing the LGSF industry but also position Orlando Steel Framing as an industry leader in delivering sustainable, efficient, & high-quality construction solutions.

David’s career journey has been marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence, a passion for innovation, & a dedication to elevating the standards of the LGSF industry.
