Due to a last minute cancellation, I ended up doing a solo episode this week.
I wasn’t prepared for this, so I decided to just talk about what first came to my mind.
And that was how personal branding can help you attract top talent.
Everything thinks personal branding is about getting more clients (and it is), but it’s also so much more than that.
Over the last 90 days we have gone from 7 employees to over 20, and many of them were actively reaching out wanting to come work for us.
Later in the episode I dive into the importance of mental health as an entrepreneur.
This is something that isn’t talked about nearly enough, and I know that a lot of us struggle with from time to time.
I talk through the ups and downs of my journey and how I’ve dealt with a series of struggles through the last year plus.
My hope is that today’s episode gives you some insights and ideas on how to brand yourself to get better talent on your team, and how you can overcome anything in entrepreneurship.
