Today I’m joined by our new Operations Manager, Jessica Cochran.
Jessica and I have known each other for a few years, belong to the same parish of SMMA, and have a lot of mutual connections.
A little over a month ago she posted about wanting to find a new role, and I immediately reached out to her.
We had a conversation at the office and it seemed like a great fit right from the beginning.
She officially joined the team about a month ago, and has been a massive blessing to our team and our clients.
This episode we are going to dive into her background and what her experience has been so far, but we will likely try to do more of these episodes in the future.
