NBIMS-US™ Series Part 4: COBie

In the final episode of the four-part National BIM Standard-United States® (NBIMS-US™) series, host Johnny Fortune sits down with TJ Meehan, Vice President of Technology Solutions with CADD Microsystems.  

 They discuss the Construction to Operations Building Information Exchange (COBie) module and how it helps building owners manage and utilize data more effectively, as well as the challenges of implementing BIM in the AEC industry and the importance of understanding owner data needs.
