Fasten your seatbelt.

Martina (00:09):
We are about to take off.

Kyle (00:11):
Please keep your arms inside the stack list.
Call number two, seeing if we'reclose to our first investment.

(00:32):
I believe you know we're gonnainvite on here and we're gonna
talk about this at some point.
Like I want to, like, I want tohave that first call and then
this is like the second chapterof this like episode and then
after this we're gonna have onand be like we talked about you.
No, I totally yeah.
No, what do you think?

(00:52):
No, no, how was uh, how's the, how's the, the delivery and
stuff.
Talking too much didn't focuson enough stuff like what's the,
what's the thing?

Martina (01:03):
uh, I don't know well, maybe, maybe a bit overwhelming.
Uh, you know a lot ofinformation, a lot of uh moving
pieces, like a lot ofconnections, like this is how it
look.
This is how we are doing, youknow, back and forth.
So yeah, yeah, that's a goodcall yeah, I think at one point
it was like okay, maybe youshould have pulled the plug a

(01:23):
bit earlier, like okay, oh good, open for questions, but overall
Nice.

Kyle (01:31):
That's a good piece of feedback.
I think, yeah, I think I'll dothat 10% probably earlier than
I'm doing it and just sort of belike I'm going to stop for a
second and let me know what you, just a second.
It's funny, I think.
Be like I'm gonna stop for asecond and, yeah, let me know
what you, just it's funny.
I just I think about it so much, like all the different parts
and pieces and how it comestogether and like and all the
possibilities and all those sortof things.

(01:51):
It's like I almost just I'mgonna tell you the whole vision,
right start of it.
I'm gonna tell you what thislooks like in 2050.
Okay, so, when you havestackless embedded in your
thoughts, no, exactly.

Martina (02:04):
It's like you know.
I can see during the call thatyou have all these ideas popping
up into your head.
I'm like, okay, just you knowyou have to cut it on, point in
place.

Kyle (02:14):
Don't say it's a food delivery service, please.

Martina (02:19):
Yeah, but overall it was amazing Well great.

Kyle (02:23):
I just wanted to like yeah for tech overall it was amazing
.

Martina (02:28):
Well, great, I just wanted to like um, yeah, for
that part.
It was amazing to see how itall flew.
It was like, oh my god, it's sofast.
So I was like, nice, that'sgood to see totally um.

Kyle (02:40):
I have gotten that no card thing in in the mobile app a
couple of times.

Martina (02:46):
Oh, me too, yeah me too , okay, good, good.
Just so you I love it.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Kyle (02:51):
Good.
Well, I saw it in the mobileapp.

Martina (02:55):
and now you pivoted great, to be honest, when it
happened.

Kyle (03:01):
I have these things where I will start to see 1% of
something come up and I go.

Martina (03:05):
you know, let me show you this other thing, okay.

Kyle (03:09):
But it's so few and far between that I see stuff and
obviously, with how fast you'vebeen making it, like I don't,
like you can see how fast I flythrough the whole thing, and
it's basically I don't eventhink you know, I remember, like
doing the early, the remember, like doing the early at the
beginning.
Um well, you just, and as Ilike, as we do, the scraper I'm
like now look over here for asecond.
I'm gonna sing you a little songfor, like you know, whatever

(03:30):
like I'm trying to like, come upwith other ways to like yeah,
no for sure.

Martina (03:35):
I remember those days I was like, oh my god, is this
going to work?
But now we are.
You're an excellent place, soyeah dig it all right.

Kyle (03:44):
well, I just was like what's your feedback?
I'm not like.
I'm in the dev app, by the way,and I'm in the dev version
Lazar just updated, don't waiton me.
So whenever you both feel likeit's good to go, just feel free

(04:07):
to do it.

Martina (04:09):
Yeah, maybe tonight I'm going to shoot.
Good to go.
Just feel free to do it Overthe edits and the shares.
Yeah, maybe tonight I'm goingto shoot some poops, alright,
nice.

Kyle (04:17):
Well, chapter two of this episode, and what comes next,
we'll tell you after thissponsor break.
No, just kidding, I don't havesponsors yet.

Martina (04:28):
So never mind, don't go anywhere, you know.

Kyle (04:32):
Yeah, all right.
Yeah, cool, kid good.
Okay.
So I'm inviting Martina in andshe doesn't know that.
I just talked to her and hegave us a thumbs up First check,
First check, first checkinvestment.
And he's joining the board.

(04:55):
Martina doesn't want to jump inbecause she says do I have to
do my hair?
What am I stepping into?
Don't have to be camera ready.
Okay, here we goin is coming inhey, hey um.

(05:15):
So I just got off the phonewith with okay um, he's gonna
start start with $100,000.
Okay, and he's going to join theboard Nice and then he's going

(05:37):
to talk to and see if they willalso do a portion and then once
we get to a milestone Joy of Mom, a couple thousand users,
whatever that milestone is thenhe'll do another 100,000 after
that one.

Martina (05:53):
Okay, so we are on the road.

Kyle (05:58):
We are funded Amazing, we have money.

Martina (06:05):
Congrats, that's it.

Kyle (06:09):
What do we do?

Martina (06:12):
We throw a party, you know, spend it all at once.

Kyle (06:19):
Oh my goodness.
And his main thing is justlet's just figure out that next
milestone, whether it's, youknow, building in some of these
communities and figuring outthat path to.
You know, I think you and I cansit down and look at whether
it's, you know, x number ofpeople per day, whatever it is,

(06:39):
what is that sort of like?
10,000 users divided by 6,1,600 a month divided by 4, so
400 a week.
You know, it's kind of likejust figuring out where those
pipelines come from and wherewe're tapping into, and that
becomes the thing.

Martina (06:58):
And then Nice, nice, no , no, this is the first step,
you know.

Kyle (07:02):
The rest will come up as dominoes.
It totally will.
Yeah, that was the thingBasically.
He also said once we get to,once we get over this next hump
and the two tranches of ahundred, then then we'll.
You know, that's basically.
He was sort of hoping, likethat's all we need to go raise
around.

(07:22):
But I, I feel like that's,that's, this is plenty to go to
sort of get that next step, offigure out the right person to
come in and help.
You know, from a backendperspective or whatever, that we
, we need to get some of thesocial features out.
But other than that, I just umso I talked to princess too.

(07:43):
She's going to come backpart-time on on monday and just
like with the list and um,coming back to some of the
curators and building outprofiles, like I need to, like,
you know, we turn social catback on a little bit and just
start a little bit more of thatstuff.
But, um, anywho, so nice.

Martina (08:01):
No, this is amazing news for friday.
Yeah, yes, so weekend will benice right, so just we don't do
anything no, we just sign offthat the week was complete.

Kyle (08:13):
Um, so, anyways, I'm gonna , I'm gonna write back to
lawyers now and just get thatdrawn up.
But yeah we'll get that, getthat started that's.

Martina (08:21):
That's amazing.

Kyle (08:22):
Christmas came early, so christmas came early, it did.
Yeah, I think that's it.
Well, I think.
I think what we do is let's sitdown.
Also, maybe we can do a mondaymorning, you know, before we do
the team call is just spend sometime, you and I, figuring out
what what things look like interms of cause, obviously a

(08:42):
little different.
Now that we need to, we need tothink about kind of weekly
reports and updates and you knowand and how you know, go going
back through the all theservices and and getting the
runway ready and you know, thereporting and mix panel, like
just kind of refocusing for thenext little bit before we turn

(09:04):
things off for the holidays.
And then that way I feel like, and especially we'll feel like
we're teed up good for January.
Yeah, no, definitely I'mlooking forward to this, this
package didn't even have a bowon it, came unwrapped, but I'm

(09:24):
good with that.

Martina (09:26):
No, I want the flame as well.
That's perfectly fine.

Kyle (09:31):
Oh, amazing, alright well, rocket ship's rumbling.
Putting some gas in it, let'sgo, let's go.
Yep, all right.
Well, have a good weekend andwe'll do some planning on Monday

(09:53):
.
Okay, I just got confirmationthat not one but two of our
investment first investmentdeposits have gone through, so
I'm inviting Martina in to.
She thinks we're going to do arecording for the newsletter or
whatever, but I'm going to justshow a little bank account
number.
So what a moment.

(10:15):
Okay, here we go.
I'm like, oh my gosh.
I'm like get today is just.
I feel like it's a new chapter,it's.
It's like it's it's a pageturning.
There's this like journeythat's starting today.
The energy today, just it feelslike that so much, oh my gosh

(10:39):
and I'm just blowing up on x.
Oh there, she is okay.
So let me just real quick sharewhat I've got in the newsletter
.
Okay, here we go.
All right, I just want to seeif I've got this kind of laid

(11:01):

Kyle (11:11):

Is that formatted okay?

Martina (11:14):
Yeah, yeah.
By the way, that looks amazing.
It's nice to see that.
Oh my gosh.

Kyle (11:30):

Yeah yeah, not one, but twodeposits came in within an hour,
so that is.

Martina (11:51):
You're on the road.
That is where we're at.

Kyle (11:55):
It's so funny.
I woke up today and today justfeels like.
I don't know today's a day Iyeah, it's a new chapter.
It's a new like, it's something, so fasten your seatbelt.

Martina (12:20):
We are about to take off.

Kyle (12:23):
Please keep your arms inside the stack list.
No flash photography and ifanyone gets sick, just pull the
cord.
That says we will take a littlebreather, but we're taking off,
so anyhow, high fives yeah, christmas came early definitely
