Today I am sitting down with Michelle Jones, an eating psychology, weight coach and mama to 2 boys. We are opening up about all things body image; how to accept our bodies after babies, getting to the root of our own body images, and positive steps to take to learn to embrace our bodies.
As someone who has always stressed about the way I look and struggled with my own positive body image mindset, this momversation was especially enlightening for me.
