BEATE CHELETTE (00:00):
Hello and
welcome Beate, The Growth
(00:02):
Architect. Today, I am going toshare with you what the founders
of the futures are and why weare adding this as a new tag to
everything that we're doing, andhow sort of these developments
in the last I want to say whatsix months in the business world
(00:23):
are affecting how businessesrun, how you can establish
yourself a business that's readyfor the future, and what all the
things are that you should andshouldn't do. And hello,
fabulous person. Beate Chelette, here. I am the host of the
Business Growth Architect Show, and I want to welcome you to
today's episode where we discusshow to navigate strategy and
spirituality to achieve time andfinancial freedom. Truly
(00:47):
successful people have learnedhow to master both a clear
intention and a strategy toexecute that in a spiritual
practice that will help them tostay in alignment and on
purpose. Please enjoy the showand listen to what our guest
today has to say about this verytopic.
I want to start with, first ofall, thanking you for being
(01:10):
here. I recognize that your timeis valuable. I recognize that
you are listening to podcastsbecause you are looking for
ideas, solutions, for ways toincorporate your strategy with
maybe a more spiritual orenergetic approach, potentially
(01:33):
having a passion or purpose orheard a call when to exit
Corporate America. Have exitedcorporate America. We're never
in corporate America becauseit's never interested you, but
you are all here for one reason, and that typically is people
that come to me know thatthey're here to do things on a
much larger scale, and they donot want to sacrifice their
(01:56):
belief system in with theirpurpose. Right? So the belief
system and purpose is the drivethat we feel on the inside that
tells us that we're here to dosomething. And if you are
running a business and you'renot connected with this, you are
in deep trouble. I'm going togive you an example which kind
(02:16):
of stuck with me. I was at adinner not too long ago, and I
sat next to somebody who buysproperties in low income areas,
and he really felt bad that hewas buying these houses from
people that were in these lowincome areas, and then flipping
(02:37):
them and selling them for a lotmore. And when I asked him and
improved, he said, What is itabout it about it that makes you
uncomfortable? Says, Well, ifthey would do this on their own,
then they probably could getmore money for it. And I said,
Yeah, but do they have the moneyto do the these renovations? And
he says, No, they don't. I said,So I is what you're offering? Is
it fair? And he he said, Yes, itis fear. I said, well, then you
(03:00):
need to focus on your reframe inyour own head that you are here
to help people and you're hereto serve now, if you're doing
this for profits only andbecause you take advantage of
them, then that's a completelydifferent story. But My example
is important, because no matterwhere you are, you can always be
attached or connected to aparticular purpose, your
(03:23):
purpose. You just have tobelieve that what you do is
within that purpose and alignedwith that purpose. Now, if you
run a business, you think you'retaking advantage of people. It's
not gonna work really well. Idon't think that that's a good
energetic resonance, and thenall that will come to you is
kind of this friction. The otherquestion I got was, BEATE, I
(03:45):
understand all this resonancestuff. I'm following you, but
what the heck do you mean bythis resonance thing? So let's
go into that resonance.
Resonance is like an energetictransmission. So if you believe
in Wi Fi, in Bluetooth andradio, then you believe in
energy, because you can't seethese waves. You can see these
frequencies. Somebody transmitsthem, and somebody receives
(04:05):
them, and something happens as aresult, our own energy is very
much like that. And I bet you'vehad moments where you where
somebody called you, right andthen said, Oh my god, I just
thought about you. So that's anenergetic transmission that was
just picked up in business, andafter the aftermath of the
(04:26):
Palisades fire, where Iliterally lost everything, I had
to take a breath and a momentand say what just happened.
Because then if what I believein resonance is true, then what
came to me was a direct resultof something that I must have
(04:47):
admitted. Otherwise it wouldn'thave happened to me. Or was it
just simply coincidence, or wasit meant to be, or was it
written? I struggle with that. Iwill be honest. But what the.
The key pieces we take away fromthese catastrophic moments or
these transformationtransformational moments, or
these low, rock bottom momentsin our life, is that it is an
(05:08):
invitationto do something different. It's
an invitation to change. It's aninvitation to examine what's
really important, what happenedin the at the end of last year
was that I, you know, and I'vedone a lot of writing around
(05:29):
this way, I was sitting in myliving room in this beautiful
house that my husband built, andI'm holding my granddaughter
after phenomenal dinner, and Ilook at her and her lips
shivering, and I'm wondering, what's beautiful child like this
dream about only to recognizethat this particular moment was
so important because I was here,I was with my granddaughter. I
was my daughter, my husband'sdaughter was there. So we were
(05:51):
around people that we loved. Wehad great food, wine, our kids
speak to us. Just doesn't getany better than that. I mean,
that's what you work for so hardis that you have these moments.
And then I realized that I waschasing a my entire life, a
particular place to get to. Andthen I realized that it really
was about collecting these typesof moments in life, to
(06:11):
understand that the journey isthe reward, and that the journey
is littered with these moments.
And if you hold on to thesemoments, you can create more of
them, because then that's theenergetic resonance. So that's
what I was saying. And I wasjust on Thanksgiving, and then
January 7, everything burns. Sothis house, this created, this
beautiful moment, doesn't evenexist anymore. It's now
(06:31):
completely reduced to ashes. Thethought about what happened to
me is the catalyst to then theseother teachings that I've been
thinking about. It's like, whatthe heck is going on in the
world? There is so much anger atthe language people are using
with each other, the Magamovement, this insanity. Elon
(06:52):
Musk does Doge, I mean,Department of government
efficiency. I mean, if thatdoesn't sound like a Hitler
thing that I don't know what,and I am German, I'm allowed to
say this, but man, I mean, I amlooking at this. I'm going on
whether you're liberal or notliberal. You got to be looking
at this, and you're going this.
This has my alarm bells ringingreally, really, really loudly.
Then on the spiritual level, youunderstand that everything is
(07:13):
cyclical, that there's apendulum that swings, and as the
pendulum swings wildly from oneside to the other. Right now, it
better behoove you to step outof the path of the wildly
swinging pendulum and becomemore strategic. And I don't want
to say go underground, but duckright so for all the thought
leaders, for all the founders ofthe future, right now, it's not
(07:35):
a time to go out and speak uploudly. It's a time to get
organized. It's a time tounderstand what you've been
activated to do. It's a time tobecome ready for the future.
Because if you are a founder ofthe future, your job is not to
prevent people from breakingstuff, because they're breaking
it on whether you like it ornot, and they're breaking it
right fully So, but your job isto think about who do you need
(07:57):
to become if you want to build afuture that you actually want to
live in and that your childrenwant to live in. So there's a
couple of things to be saidabout this. Number one, I am no
longer a fond of the future.
That might be a hardrealization, but that's not my
role. My role right now is as Istep into wisdom, as corny as
that may sound, but my job nowis to take what I know and give
(08:22):
it to you. I've been told in nouncertain terms, Beate, you must
give your IP to everyone whowants it. My response to this
six months ago was two words, and they were not pleasant. And
now I'm thinking about this, andI go, I understand what that
means. I understand that my rolenow is to package what I have
learned, what I've known, theshortcuts, and I have a specific
(08:46):
skill set, right? And I want youto look at this from this
perspective. You have a specificskill set. I have a specific
skill set. Mine is that I cantake who you are, what you know,
and I see you before you seeyourself. I can take what you
tell me, and I can immediatelygive you an Unapologetic Value
Proposition that reallyshowcases who you are, and you
(09:08):
never even knew how I did that, and I do it fast. That's because
it's a skill I honed. It is mysuper skill. It's something that
I've known for. It's somethingthat I've done for decades. It's
something that just comes soeasy to me. I never even knew
that other people don't know howto do it. I know how to do that.
So that's what people come to mefor, and now in this unique
(09:28):
positioning, which is really, really critical in this market,
please don't be an executivecoach. There's so many of them.
I just roll my eyes alone when Isay executive coach. You have to
have something that's differentthan an executive coach. Don't
be like a business consultant.
You have to have some sort of atag or some sort of a specialty
that makes that unique. Theseare what these business models
(09:50):
are that we are building here atThe Growth Architect is to say
you have to be different. Youcannot work within the matrix.
Now let's talk about the.
Matrix. I call it matrix forreally a lack of better words,
the matrix. It's a movie seriesthat's what, 20 years old, and
(10:16):
it talks about how things aresaid in a particular way and
fashion, a particular system.
What you're experiencing on theoutside right now is the rise of
mostly the white man to keepthis matrix alive. The Matrix
was built by white men for whitemen. No man bashing here. It's a
(10:36):
fact. That's just who peoplewere that were building
businesses right since thebeginning of times, and then
everybody else was just alongfor the ride. It never worked
for anybody who wasn't a whitemale, and now it's not working
for the white men anymoreeither. And now they're breaking
their own systems they then theythemselves build, and it's like
(10:58):
this big wow. Look at this. Thesystems are so terrible. Who
built this? And I'm looking atthem going like you did. I
didn't that would be not evenremotely close what I would be
building. I'd be buildingbusinesses that acknowledge
people that have proper culture, that have all the good stuff
that they always talk about, andthen the minute they don't have
(11:18):
to do it because it's notmandated to get rid of it. So
the matrix is under threat. Sothey break in their own matrix,
while at the same time they'reholding on to the matrix, which
is actually insane, spotlight, center stage, you walk in
because your job now is to letthis happen, to let it happen,
(11:43):
to just go and say, Hey, youwant to break this crap that you
built yourself. By all means,go. It's not working anyway. But
people that break stuff don'tknow how to build stuff. So
guess whose job it is to buildstuff? It's yours. Founder of
the future. If you are founderof the future, you cannot be
(12:04):
obsessed with the past. Youcannot be obsessed even with the
present. You have to look firmlyin the future and say, Who do I
need to become? What do I needto do? What are the skill sets
that I believe that are going tobe needed for the future? And a
very interesting conversationtoday with Vince, who will be on
my podcast very shortly, and hesaid that there that this mass
(12:25):
activation is only about point5% and so there's a really small
minority of people that have hadsome sort of awakening. There
are a lot more people that haveheard the call, but they don't
know what the call means. So ifyou're here and listening to
this podcast, you may be shakingyour head at some point, you may
be going like, well, maybe she'son to something here. Or you
(12:46):
maybe, maybe, maybe further onyour self awareness. And you
say, Yeah, I'm sensingsomething's going on. Or you
might be fully aware andenlightened. And you said, Yes,
I've heard the call. I need tobuild this business as just
don't know how well you've cometo the right place. What we are
doing here at The GrowthArchitect, aside from this soul
crushing task of just lettingeverything that I had go and
(13:11):
coming to terms with what itmeans to never have the pearls
of my grandmother and not beingable to give those to my
daughter, and her not being ableto give those to her daughter,
that I will never see a piece ofa letter that my father wrote me
(13:31):
because it's all burned and myfather has been dead for 20
years, that I just don't haveany of these mementos that make
these lives the meaningfullittle things, they're all gone,
all of it. I mean, I was shockedon how little there was in the
rubble. Everything evaporated.
When something burns at 2000degrees for 12 hours and there's
(13:52):
not a single fire fight or adrop of water inside, they just
let it all burn to the ground, which is, which is just a whole
other thing in itself. How thateven is possible? But it did
happen. So coming to terms withthat, it's a very challenging,
challenging moment for us. And Ifeel it in my bones. I feel it
in my body. I feel it in mydigestion. I feel it. I feel it
(14:14):
in my head. I feel it like thisheavy cloak that I carry with me
that I want to, want to shakeoff. So the flip side of
everything is, we've talkedabout this on the show, is that
if we believe in the law ofpolarity, which I do, the law of
polarity says if it exists onone side, it must exist on the
(14:36):
other. So if there is heat, there must be cold. If there's
white, there must be black. Ifthere is above, some must be
below. So if there'sdestruction, there must be
creation. And that is what ledme to the founders of the
future. It's literally thisthought if
this destruction that we see,not just for me personally, was
(14:58):
a metaphor of a Phoenix rise.
Amazing, which is why I createdthe Forge fondness of the
future, because something mustrise out of such destruction.
Then I look on the outsideworld, and I see so much
destruction, and I go, theremust be an opposite of that. And
I think that's you. I believethis from the bottom of my
(15:19):
heart. If you hear you'relistening to this show, there's
something that you are here todo, and you've been called.
Otherwise these words wouldnever reach you. It's
impossible.
So if you are being called to beof service, to step into your
purpose, to be a founder of thefuture, then this is your time
(15:40):
not to sit and say, Oh my gosh.
What are they doing? Taxes, tariffs, economy, recession.
You've got to take all of thatand put that in the destruction
box. That's not your job. That'stheir job. Your job is to focus
on the other side. What are yougoing to create? What must come
out of this? What must rise? Howdoes your non-profit, your for
profit, your B Corporation, yourcorporation, your law firm, your
(16:03):
brick and mortar business, yourcoaching business, your
consulting business. What do youneed to be to be prepared to
help those that are rebuilding, because you are one of those. My
job is to support you in doingso, and that's an interesting
switch. Also talked about thison the show very openly about I
turned 60, which in mosteverybody's book kind of makes
(16:24):
me somewhat invisible, betweeninvisible and obsolete. Now, I
studied the brands of women thatwere over a certain age, and I
looked at what createslongevity, especially for women,
and it's not that difficult tosee with Oprah and Maya Angelou
and Ruth Bader Ginsburg, whatthey've done is that they
connected with this nextgeneration, the next generation,
(16:46):
the next generation. So they didnot age out with their own
generation. They kept aging downwith who they were connecting,
and they kept adjusting themessage on who they wanted to
reach. For the last year, that'sliterally what we've done here.
The Growth Architect, completetransparencies. I like people my
age, and why would I not I'm oneof them. But what really excites
(17:08):
me is, if I hear a new idea, Ihad something so interesting
happening, I get a call out ofabsolutely nowhere, and it's
this young man, Chris, and hesays, Chatgpt told him to call
me. I'm like what I didn't knowchat GPT could be a lead
generation tool. And he says, wetook all these assessments, and
then he went into chat GPT, andhe says, This is what I know how
(17:30):
to do. What do you suggest? Andyou know, in this conversation,
chat GPT said, Well, you kind oflike architect in growth. What
do you want to do? And he says,Why is there somebody who does
it? Then chat GPC says, Yes. Andhe says, Who is it? Chat GP
says, It's Beate. And nextthing, he calls me, and I say,
Why are you calling me? And hesaid, that is a very good
(17:52):
question. Now I'm laughing. Andthen he basically tells me in so
many words that he wants me togive him my IP again, back to
six months ago, I would haveused two words, and today,
because I've been been asked tostep into this, give away your
IP so you can help founders ofthe future. I'm going this
universe really has a sense ofhumor here. Sending me. Somebody
(18:13):
says, AI sent you to me so youcan ask me if I want to give you
my IP. I mean, you can't makethis stuff up. Is what I'm
trying to say. That's resonance.
So the resonance is alive whenyou are on that frequency, that
frequency will come back to you,and you just cannot judge it. If
you ever read Michael singer'ssurrender experiment, it's all
(18:36):
about that in many of themeditation teachings from the
east, when you live in harmonywith nature and science and the
laws that there are and youdon't offer any resistance, then
you are in the flow, and thingswill naturally come to you and
be taken care of. If you havedone an interview with Bill
Heinrich that you might want tolisten to when we talk about
(18:57):
this, and he says spiritualityis the strategy, is the only
strategy that works. Now, backto you, Founders of the Future.
Now, with this knowledge thatthe old stuff is breaking, that
there's nothing we should do tostop this from breaking, because
it must break, but that peoplethat break stuff don't build
stuff, and then that puts aresponsibility on us. What do we
(19:19):
want? Then I'm asking myself, who do I need to be so I can be
of the greatest help for you. Solet me take you through this,
and then you tell me and reachout to me and let me know what
you think of these ideas. I'vebeen for years and years and
years looking at internetmarketing, and I admire Russell
Brunson, you know, I thinkfreaking genius. I think Dan
(19:41):
Kennedy is a great writer. I'vewatched these guys for many,
many, many years and seen manyof them coming. Go, but it's
always the same stuff. It's alot of the pro marketing. It's a
lot of the how do I trickpeople? And then they call it
ethical persuasion, but it's alot about sales psychology. It's
not really about resonance. It'sabout finding out what people
(20:03):
want and then figuring out whatthe pain point is that they
don't have it, and then sellthem something positioning in
such a way that if they buy thatthing, then that pain will go
away that only lasts for ananosecond. Because the truth of
the matter is, much of thesetactics are just that. Jeff
Walker's product launch, formula, Russell Brunson, click
(20:24):
funnel. Those are all thingsthat you need when you have the
business model when you've inyour purpose to decide on
whether that's one of thetactics or methods that will
help you to get your product tomarket. It is not a business
model. And I I'm a little bitfurious, actually, and what BS
I've been listening to for allthese years and fell for myself
(20:45):
at the tune of hundreds of 1000sof dollars, only to find out
that none of this works becauseit's not in resonance with me,
and if it's not with resonancewith me, then it cannot work
because I'm doing something thatI'm not convinced that works or
that aligns with me, and I don'tknow what To do else in return,
and therefore I am followingsomebody else's secret to
(21:07):
success, and I fail at it. Well, that is how internet marketing
is designed to work. So that wayyou can buy the next thing and
the next thing and the nextthing. So what you should what
should you be doing instead? Thefirst thing is you got in your
business model, you have tofigure out what your purpose is.
A founder of the future knowsthe future that they want to
(21:29):
build. You got to get very clearwhat is the future that you want
to build? I want to build afuture where we work in three
different levels. So business isnot difficult. It takes time and
money and energy, but it's notdifficult. There's three pieces
to building a business. You gotto build the foundation. That's
what we do in turn your talentinto a business, where we take
(21:51):
the idea and build a businessmodel around it, and we connect
your passion and purpose withthe reason this business exists,
and mission and visionstatements and an Unapologetic
Value Proposition so that youcan go out and talk to people
about what it actually is thatyou do in clarity and simplicity
and without all this unnecessarycomplexity, that's the first
(22:13):
step. The second step is, onceyou have that and this business
kind of like has proven that itcan work, you need to go to
system building. System buildingis when you now design a
transformation journey that willallow your client to have an
entry point and an exit point, and within these two points are
multiple, multiple path so thatsomebody might go the whole way
(22:35):
with you and maybe take five, six steps of programs, or they
might come in only for one ortwo because they already have
the other ones master. That's aSignature Growth System, and
that part is where we usuallysee rapid growth, because when
you take what you know and youidentify these pieces to help
them to figure out oneparticular set of problems, and
(22:56):
each one of these is atransformation journey in itself
that makes just such adifference. It really is a
powerful tool. And then finally, the third piece is the piece
where you scale. That's when wetalk about optimal growth
alignment. That's typically whenbusiness owners are starting to
get toward the million dollar.
And it gets really dicey, because you cannot continue to
(23:17):
do what you do at that level.
You're going to have to start toscale in a way that you take
yourself out and put thebusiness in place so that the
systems processes, and you makeyourself over a period of time,
obsolete. You cannot makeyourself obsolete in $100,000
business, but you can in amillion dollar business, because
(23:38):
you need the funds, you need toprocess the systems, you need to
adapt the people that that kindof do that. So what we what we
are building now, is a SaaSproduct where I am taking all
these processes and systems I'vedeveloped and perfect. It like
in turn, your talent, thebusiness thing, we've had over
25,000 people take this program.
If I make this IP available toyou, then what would it need to
(24:00):
be to be really beneficial foryou? And it has to have the back
end, where the landing pagesthat the frameworks of what you
actually need at that levelexist, not more, not less, like
more is available if you want tobuild it, by all means. But to
start out to say, here's whatI've learned, forget all of
this. Let's just focus on thethings that you actually need to
(24:22):
make this piece happen. Thenwhen you get a next piece. And
here's what you need this piece, and then finally, here's that
piece. And then, by all means, knock yourself out and build all
the tools that you want. So it'sthe back end, but it will also
include all my teachings. Now,some of my stuff is, you know,
is priced at the $25,000 $25,000fee. What I think. Thing that I
(24:45):
need to be doing is I need togive you, if you don't have
money, but you have time and thewillingness and desire to learn,
the opportunity to go in andstart building it to a point
where you're making the moneyfor little money. And as you
make the money, you will realizewhat you're good at, what you're
not good at, and then you'llhave these additional services
(25:07):
that you can then take advantageof and then help you to get to
that next level. You can chooseto stay where you are. That's
entirely up to you, but eachlevel will have this ability to
self guide you. So I'm taking, like, literally, all these
programs, and I'm holding thisup here right now for those of
you in audio and you can't seeit, but this is, like the whole
(25:28):
booklet, I've created workbooksfor each one of these steps. So
all of this is going to be partof this, this, this product,
this is being built. If that'ssomething you're interested in,
we are definitely going to belooking for beta people in the
space relatively soon. So reachout and just let me know, or DM
me and we'll let you know ifthere's still spots available.
(25:51):
The other thing that I've doneis I've created a accountability
group. One of the things thatI've learned from all this
internet marketing stuff, onceagain, is that I feel there are
a lot of people that taken a lotof courses, spent an enormous
amount of money, and they'vedone the sales training and then
the funnel training, and thenthe traffic training, and then
(26:13):
the LinkedIn training, then thespeaking training, and none of
this really connects, and allthey want to do is been an
accountability group once amonth. So I've created this
accountability group. It'sreally inexpensive. It's called
forum. You can find it atleadership.foundation, and take
a look if that's something thatmight be working for you. We are
(26:34):
capping each group at eightpeople, and then the minute we
are at eight people, we areopening another group, and that
is truly peer to peeraccountability, where you meet
with others in the group once amonth for three hours, we have
an accountability spreadsheetwhere you are telling us what
you want to measure, and thenyou're being held accountable to
(26:55):
actually doing what you said youwere going to do. So that's what
we're working on. The reason I'mtelling you this is, you know,
obviously you need to know whatI'm doing. So if that's for you,
that you and you feel resonance, that you can reach out and we
can see if that's right for you,you can always schedule a call
at uncover session.com,but also for you to see on that
(27:19):
I am not just telling you to getready for the future. Then I'm
getting for the ready for thefuture myself, that I'm
anticipating that you will beneeding this, and so I am
building this so that when thisawareness comes where you go,
Well, how do I do that? I'veheard the call, and I'll have
(27:41):
this ready for you, and I canplug you in, because I want you
to be able to build thesebusinesses in the shortest
amount of time possible. Andthat's what I'm what I'm here
for. So that's my update foryou, for today. That's why we
are leaning into the Founders ofthe Future. Welcome to being a
(28:02):
founder of the future. Iappreciate you, and I believe in
you. And if you have heard thecall, don't wait. Your time is
now. This is not a moment tohesitate. It is now you're being
called. Step in. Lean in. Do thething that's hard in spiritual
laws, if you have heard thecall, if you've had the idea, it
(28:25):
must be possible for you. Andwith that, I say goodbye. I'm
here to help reach out, and Italk to you again soon and
