Véritable institution du burger haut de gamme, PNY connaît tous les succès à Paris puis en France depuis plus d'une décennie. Pour co-animer cet épisode de Business of Bouffe, Philibert est accompagné d’Élisa Gautier, fondatrice du restaurant Kiosk à Paris.

On s'attarde ensuite sur les évolutions récentes du groupe qui compte désormais 15 restaurants partout en France. Boosté par de belles levées de fonds et un actionnariat solide, le groupe PNY affiche aujourd'hui de grandes ambitions.
