already know that I am a shoestore owner we own a couple of

shoe stores here in Ontariocalled shoe topia, and I do a
lot of work for the Nationalshoe Retailers Association. I do
a lot of writing for them. Icoach various groups, I do some
speaking at different events.
But basically one of the thingsthat I do is write in their
trade publication every coupleof months. And I'm putting

together this article and Icalled it the retailer's
manifesto. But as I lookedthrough this manifesto, I
thought you know what, I amgoing to share this on the
business owner breakthrough aswell. Because whether you're a
retailer or whether you're aplumber, or whether you're an
accountant, we have so manydifferent business owners,
listening to the business ownerbreakthrough that most of the

any business owner. So what I'mgoing to do is I'm just going to
list out all of these key pointsin the retailers manifesto. So
that gives you something tothink about for your business.
Remember, when I'm talkingthrough these points, you want
to be thinking about how you canuse this within your business,

whether you're a retailer ornot. So here we go. It's the
retailers manifesto. In a worldof constant evolution, where
consumer expectations shift withthe wind and brands rise and
fall with the tides ofinnovation. We the Vanguard's of
retail declare the followingprinciples as the foundation of

enduring success. Number one ispromised to our customers. Above
all, our compass points to you,our cherished customers, we vow
to seek understanding toanticipate desires to exceed
expectations, and to craftexperiences that linger in
memories. Number two is thepursuit of unwavering quality.

We commit to a relentlessjourney towards excellence.
Every product every service andevery encounter shall not just
meet standards, but set themnumber three is the promise of
genuine value. beyond meretransactions, we aim for
enriching exchanges. Every pricetag reflects our solemn promise

fluidity in the fluid sands ofthe market trends and consumer

retailer, I think there are somekey points in here that will be
relevant for every singlebusiness owner. Think about how

the clarity that you need to goout and make the best decisions
