"Busy Living Sober" hosts insightful, empowering, motivational conversations that inspire honesty and encouragement. Elizabeth Chance is your host: Woman, Mom, wife, friend, alcoholic survivor, healer, believer, coach; life, health and wellness and recovery, yoga certified, meditator, and investigator. She uses all of these skills and experiences to help navigate this thing we call life via the Busy Living Sober podcast. This programming is designed to support the broad ecosystem of people impacted by any struggle — addiction, sobriety, parenthood, divorce, second marriage, empty nester — both from the addict themselves to their friends, families and co-workers.
