There is certainly a lot of beer in the Midwest, and most of it usually flies under the radar of beer writers and snobs alike. Chicago is one of those places jam packed full of delicious beer that is worth the trip to seek out. Brian has been fortunate enough to get down there quite a bit in the past couple of years. In spirit of that Brian wanted to highlight a couple lager heavy breweries, Dovetail and Off Color! Now, grab a local beer of your own choosing and enjoy this week's episode!

The Brothers Ortiz
The Brothers Ortiz is the story of two brothers–both successful, but in very different ways.
