Lauralee Hites is the founder of Stratavize Consulting. One of the many solutions she and her team offers is supporting U.S states that aim to provide an attractive living environment to people moving in from abroad.
Lauralee has moved across the country numerous times. Along the way she's kept track of what went right with these moves and what went wrong. She not only shares her journey of moving cross country twice for her career, but also how the clients she works with today are focused on attracting talent to some of the most unexpected places.
