Speaker 1 (00:00):
You're about to hear what's coming up next on this
episode of Gafisito with Noah.
Guys, a little reminder this iscalled Gafisito with Noah.
It's off the cuff.
It's my little 30 to 45 minutehangout once per week on Mondays
.
This was an idea I had as aresult of building my podcast
and everything and just wantingto interact with people in mass,

(00:23):
one to many, more often.
I came up with the idea to justgo live for a little while,
spread some good vibes.
See who shows up, see who I cansay hello to.
Oh my God, I see, andrew, what's good.
You see, that's exactly themoments we're looking for.
Could it be Testing?

(00:47):
Oh wow, first try.
Good, good, even a monkey canwrite Shakespeare.
Eventually.
It's Monday, gafisito with Noahtime.
We're getting started on ourweek.
At some point I might startgaming a little bit.
That would be cool.
I'm working on building a newPC this holiday season, but so

(01:12):
far not the case.
So far we're just hanging outtalking about life and things.
Hello Instagram, welcome Twitch, and I already got started.
What's up, dude?
I'm hanging out over here withBig Joe, big Joe's on Twitch.
This is my Gafisito with Noahcoffee hour, basically.
Today, once again, we're backto the Zoa and this time I

(01:33):
didn't spill it.
But now I'm also noticing I'mnot putting my cup in my little
handy-dandy cup holder.
So we're going to slide thatcup holder over and make it as
simple for me as possible so Ido not spill it all over my desk
again.
What up, hunter Cheers, welcometo Gafisito time.
What's cooking today, hunter?

(01:54):
Do you have?
Are there any quotes or pagesor a specific book that you've
been reading?
Any energy to share?
I'd love to hear it Also.
Sophie, hello, I was just onthe phone with Sophie, sophie's,
my sister.
We were talking about theholidays and getting everything
going.
Luca's here.
What's up, luca, love you.
That's my brother.
We were just talking aboutSteph Curry.

(02:15):
The other day I saw anoutlandish video on Instagram of
Steph Curry shooting one-armedcannon baskets from across the
entire court, one after another.
I think he did fiveconsecutively.
I can't tell if it's fake ornot and I wouldn't believe it if
it was anyone other than StephCurry.
Yes, big Joe.
I knew it.

(02:36):
So over here with Big Joe.
Big Joe is talking to me onTwitch, where I'm streaming at
the same time right now, and BigJoe was one of my followers
from back when I used to play.
Well, I used to streamMinecraft.
I still dabble in playing it,but I haven't streamed it in a
while.
So, yeah, we were talking and Iidentified Big Joe as one of
the guys that was there when Iwas doing my Skyblock.

(02:56):
Unfortunately, I got pretty farwith Skyblock but I walked
myself into Lava, which isinadvisable when you're trying
to go far in Skyblock Not theway to go.
Nerdy Panda, welcome.
Welcome, I'm also on Twitch, nerdy Panda, just so you know.
Hey, nick, what's going on?
Do I do life coaching?

(03:21):
Yes, I do life coaching.
I don't really advertise aslife coaching.
I thought that was too broad, but if people connect to that
and that's awesome.
What I did is I scoped it downinto financial management,
personal finance coaching.
But it is a psychology-basedapproach to personal finances.
The overarching theory isessentially, you can know what

(03:41):
to do, but unless you've gotyour psychology right, you're
not going to do it.
So it's like it's not.
So it is the entry-levelpractical saving, investment et
cetera.
But my approach as a coach isto get your mind right and get
you feeling good and energeticaround your finances, loose,

(04:02):
flexible, lower the anxiety etcetera, and then we do your
finances.
So that's kind of like my wayof doing it, but ultimately it's
all holistic.
That's my approach to thesethings.
I've had other clients call meup.
I was telling this I was sayingthis to the last stream that
one of my clients called me upand was telling me that he
needed interview coaching onenthusiasm.

(04:24):
So we ended up doing a wholebunch of coaching around this
interview, which involved man.
I mean from practical topractical spirituality, right,
it's like intention settingenergy, manifesting it.
What does that mean exactly?
That means taking the time toreally identify the outcome he

(04:50):
was looking for, flesh out whatit's going to feel like, what
it's going to be like, how wouldhe like to experience himself
during the interview, thingslike that, so that it's not so
much regurgitating a stockspeech or something, but instead
it's living and breathing.

(05:10):
It allows him to be flexibleand improvise on the spot and
for it to not be shallow butdeep, and so, anyway, it went
really well.
So basically, I instantiatecoaching on a per client basis
based on the client's needs.
But these are some of the thingsI do.
As far as the financialmanagement platform, it's called
prosperaprocom and the link tomy link tree is in my

(05:33):
description.
So if you'd like to check outany of these things that I'm
talking about, you can check outthe Calendly, check out the
Prosperapro and send me.
You can even book a phone calland we can just have a little 30
minute chat about what ispossible.
How's everybody's week going, what is possible this week?
It is Monday.
I do these on Monday, so it isthe start to the week,

(05:55):
classically speaking.
So I'm sure you guys have plans, little goals, things to do, et
cetera.
Yes, andrew, thank you so much, man, I really appreciate that.
I do love this.
Coming back when I was streamingto Twitch and even when you and

(06:16):
I met, right, I love people andit didn't matter that we were
cross country and that we werejust running around role playing
in what it was.
Yeah, gary's mod, exactly, weconnected, we bonded and we
ended up hanging out and gettingburgers and stuff, and now
we're friends, right, and, bythe way, I'd love to catch up
sometimes.
So, by all means, let's try tomake that happen.

(06:37):
Covid set us all back two years, so that sucked, but um, but
the point being, I've alwaysliked people, I've always loved
people and one of the things wehad with by club back in the day
.
That's a shout out to you.
Twitch, we had that community, you know, and so I want to bring
back the community and I dolove gaming, so I wouldn't mind
bringing back a little bit ofgaming.

(06:59):
But just you know, when I leftTwitch, I went on a journey to
become more than just you knowNoah, this guy who plays video
games which I think a lot of myidentity at the time was wrapped
up in that.
So I went and did actingclasses and became a better
entertainer.
I did improv classes.
I got an agent in Los Angeles.

(07:19):
I started going on commercialauditions, um, did some
voiceover, got a voiceover coach, did some voiceover auditions.
I'm actually starting upvoiceover again because I think
it's a really fun way to expressall of that.
Um, another way that I've kindof mixed it all together now is
I'm doing Dungeons and Dragons.
So ideally, uh, in the nearfuture, I could be DMing a party

(07:42):
of Dungeons and Dragons andpotentially creating content
from that.
So, by the way, andrew, ifthat's something that you're
interested in, let me know, let's be in touch, because I
would be very interested in youbeing part of that Potentially.
So, anyway, yeah, those are someof the things and then so the
journey was huge and theundertaking, you know it, put me

(08:04):
face to face with a bunch ofthings that freaked me out in
life Like I used to get.
For example, I did improv incollege and I loved improv, but
I used to get just a physicalreaction to improv was huge pit
stains like huge, like a waterfaucet happening, and I don't
mean that to be disgusting, Ijust mean it to be like it was a
lot.
It was very intense, um,psychologically, but also

(08:26):
physically and um, so one thingled to another end up in a
personal development programwhich was very much like in the
vein of I don't know if you everheard of, like landmark and
like Tony Robbins and thingslike that.
And once I hit that it justrecontextualized like 14 years
of therapy and, uh, boom, I tookoff, been doing that kind of

(08:49):
thing ever since.
I fucking love spirituality.
As a result of that you know Iuse that word, it's basically
philosophy, you know, um goesway back.
After I graduated from thisprogram I started studying
Taoism, kabbalah, uh, young, inpsychology, my therapist wants
me to go back to school and geta degree, uh, so I could be a

(09:11):
licensed therapist.
Um, we'll see if that happens, but for now I feel that I know
enough and I love people enoughto coach them and have them, uh,
be uplifted in their lives andattain some of the goals that
they're after, and so that's,that's the thing that I like to
do the most.
For sure, yeah, I'm not much ofa gamer myself anymore.

(09:32):
Yeah, I know, isn't that wild.
A dialysis technician?
Yep, you were always workingthe long hours, though that's
not new for you.
You were, yeah, we're, you know, with the.
You were doing the graveyardshift, if I recall correctly.
No way, you and your friendsare already in a campaign.
I love it, wait.
So are you in like a longcampaign?

(09:52):
Are you doing like one?
Uh, what do they call it?
One shots?
What do you tell me about yourcampaign, man?
So what it's?
Just, it's an interestingphenomenon, this thing about,
like, not gaming very muchanymore.
I mean me neither right, butGod, I love it, you know it.
Just, it really comes down tobuilding out life like life,

(10:15):
building life into the game thatI want to be binging and
playing more than any other game, and then for gaming to become
a subset, like, I think, growingup, um, especially given the
environment that I grew up in,which was uh, pretty strict,
let's say, uh, gaming was a wayto experience a wider palette of

(10:37):
flavors in life.
Right, you can GTA, you canjump out of the airplane, you
can ride motorcycles down thestreet, et cetera, et cetera.
But now as an adult, um, whileall of all of that is still fun,
especially narrative I love, like the narrative aspect of
gaming.
I also just went on a hugelet's go Pikachu obsession, like
this summer.
It's like, yeah, that's cool, but I also kind of want to be

(10:59):
able to, like, go forward tojump out of a real plane.
You know, I've done it 16 timesnow and, uh, and I'd like to
get licensed.
You know I need to do it ninemore times for my license, but
COVID got in the way of that.
And then, once I get licensed,I got a, uh, I got to buy a
parachute and that's eight Kright out of the bank, right
there.
And the sport becomes a littlebit more manageable after that,

(11:20):
if you don't go completely nuts.
But then again everybody tellsyou that you're going to go
completely nuts.
Um, but anyway.
So that's like one way thatwould be awesome for me to be
experiencing life on a regularbasis outside of just gaming.
But it requires infrastructureand right now I'm in the phase
where I'm really building outthe infrastructure.
Kuma, gamers grow up too, sometimes, I know.

(11:41):
I know it's incredible to me,like Twitch is incredible to me,
you know, and to think that Icould have grown on Twitch, I,
you know, I got like family andfriends that are like how could
you have left, why did you leave?
And I have my reasons for that, and a lot of them have to do
like insecurity and stuff andconfusion, but also just like

(12:03):
not being grown up, like you'renot, like I just had to go grow
up and I just couldn't.
At some point I did the math inmy mind and I was like I cannot
keep spending this much time inmy closet, you know, like I
don't, I don't, I'm not growing.
I'm giving people what I've gotto give today, and back then I
couldn't even identify what thatwas in terms of a special sauce

(12:23):
or in terms of a big reason whyanybody would watch.
I knew I was friendly, I knew Iwas nice and I knew I cared
about people, but anyway, soit's funny.
I'm actually studying JosephCampbell's hero's journey right
now and I'm definitely aroundthe return part and it's a cycle
.
So you know, we, we do itmultiple times.

(12:44):
But I'm identifying right nowand trying to find myself on the
return side of things andthinking, okay, I went on this
freaking journey, I got a wholelot of goods for myself in terms
of insights and peace of mind, finding my own center, let's say
, and now I want to bring thatback.

(13:06):
You know, I want to bring thatback and share it.
It's so.
I mean, we'll get into it in asecond.
I want to catch up on chat, butI got.
I got something else to sayabout that.
It's a custom campaign.
Oh nice, yeah, exactly, yep, grow up work.
No time, dude.
Thank you.
Yeah, the 16s skydives werereally cool Actually.
So I live in Los Angeles and Iknow, andrew, last time I

(13:27):
checked you live nearby.
The skydiving place I go to isSkydive Paris.
It's in Paris, california.
It's south of here, like twohours or so.
They're like one of the bestfacilities in the country.
People come from likeinternationally to go to Skydive
Paris to learn and they evenlike I think like the British
military was jumping out ofSkydive Paris when I was there.

(13:51):
But yeah, people like peoplefrom like South America, will
rent an Airbnb for like a weekand a half and just like go from
not knowing how to Skydive tobeing completely licensed in
that week and a half at Paris.
So anyway, that's where I didit and it was awesome.
I'm trying to see if I can pickup where I left off.
On the other thing Sometimes,oh shoot what, hey guys, I'm

(14:14):
sorry about that Instagram likesto like I have like one of
those screen timer things on myInstagram so that I don't, you
know, spend every day onInstagram, which, by the way,
even with the screen time thesedays I'm having, I'm struggling.
It pulls you in.
I also just get distracted.
I go in looking for one thingSometimes it's even a productive
thing and then I'm stuck inthere for like 10 minutes.

(14:36):
But let me see if I yeah, Idon't know Come to me.
I think it was Kuma, kuma had.
There was something else goingon here.
Grow up to.
Happens to a lot of us Findingmy center.
Oh, just like, just this is thething, right, this is.

(14:58):
I love this.
I'm so glad I figured out whatI was going to say.
It doesn't take much to be toexperience levity, joy, peace,
wholeness.
Yeah, you know it's weird, wevalue all of these things, like

(15:22):
even just now in theconversation we were having.
It's like the $8,000 parachutethat you know.
Oh, I got to go jump out of anairplane next amount of times.
All this stuff, right, that'sharder than well.
I guess it's different foreveryone, but just because it's
weird, it's like, yes, it'sdifferent for everyone, but

(15:44):
fundamentally, fundamentally, this is what the teachings teach
.
We're already whole andcomplete.
So, teaching somebody to breathe, process emotion, be centered,
begin to recognize the wholenessof who they are essentially and
who they've always been, theseare things that don't cost any

(16:07):
money and even though it ischaracterized sometimes as
climbing up a mountain and itcan be hard, I mean it can.
It's just so simple.
And that's what's so fun aboutcoaching.
You know it's so cool.
Coaching isn't about like, ohman, I just I'm a coach, I know

(16:29):
so much, I can handle theseunbelievably high order, complex
problems and that's why peopleshould hire me to be their coach
.
It's not about that.
It's actually about the simplestuff.
It's about like, hey, you'reout here playing in the matrix,
like you're out here playing thesociety game and you have your

(16:51):
little, your aspirations and thethings you want to create.
And as somebody who's alsoplaying that game, it's so easy
to get swept off of those simplethings and get pulled away from
the center and pulled away fromthe peace of mind, and it's

(17:11):
kind of difficult to hold on tothe peace of mind while also
trying to play in the matrix.
Twitch is a bit quiet today, interestingly enough.
I wonder where everybody's at.
It could also just be anawkward time.
It is kind of the middle of theday on a Monday in the end.
But that's the idea, right.
The whole idea with Capsitowith Noah is this is around the

(17:32):
time of day, on a pretty muchdaily basis, that I have my
little Capsito, and usually inreal life quote unquote I go out
, I'll go co-work at a cafe andhave a little Capsito with my
friends while I'm, you know, working on my business or
organizing my life, etc.
But this was an idea I had.

(17:53):
As a result of building mypodcast and everything and just
wanting to interact with peoplein mass one to many more often,
I came up with the idea to justgo live for a little while.
Chat, spread some good vibes, see who shows up, see who I can
say hello to and have my Capsitowith my digital friends or the
ones that maybe I don't get tointeract with on such a regular

(18:15):
basis.
Mom came in and dropped a bigUGG Gas Bar.
Is that the Gas Bar?
Yes, it is.
What up?
Gas Bar, welcome, welcome.
Hope you're having a greatMonday.
Macho man, how's it going?
I'm actually curious have yougone to the gym yet today?

(18:36):
Are you going to the gym todayOther than me?
Gas Bar is pretty much the mostconsistent.
Ah, now, I am Very good.
Wait, now I am.
Hold on, clarify for me.
Oh, you're with Abby, nice,nice.
Well, tell Abby I say hello, hopefully she can see me.
Hola, abby.
Abby's my grandma.

(18:57):
Yo, gas Bar, you know you weresaying that you were reading a
few books back in the day.
I think you were starting toget started with meditation and
stuff.
How's that been going?
Did you continue meditating?
I would love to chat about it.
That's kind of like the wholeflavor of the Kapi Sita Wanoa
livestream.
Yay, my grandmother just saidhello and tuned in to my

(19:18):
livestream.
That is amazing.
That's amazing.
Oh, okay, a little bug justsaid hello.
I can see there's some otherpeople here in the chat enjoying
themselves.
Yes, listening to podcasts everymorning Fantastic.

(19:39):
Which podcast, which podcastare you listening to?
Family reunion, hi from Nick.
Yeah, I know, right, for real, that's for sure, dude.
It always happens.
I love it.
I love that.
I don't know, maybe it's thealgorithm it pings my family
first, but that's one of thereasons I like going on
Instagram is because on TwitchI'm not really going to access

(20:00):
family, but I get to access thebike club, which is why I go.
I dual stream and then onInstagram I can access the
family and everybody.
Oh my gosh, what up chicken.
Welcome, dude, welcome Welcome.
How's your Monday going?
Chicken Also, uh, gaspar, which?

(20:21):
What's the name of the podcastEvery morning?
That's so dope.
I had no idea.
Do you journal or anything?
Take notes, mmm.
Dude.
I love the banana.
The banana was love at firstsight.
The moment I saw the banana, Iknew I had to have the banana.

(20:41):
As a matter of fact, when I wasdesigning the entire office, I
wanted to hubberman.
Maybe I'll Google it.
I wanted to get a bananawallpaper, but unfortunately
it's too expensive for now.
It's like one of these peel andstick wallpapers.
Aw, thanks, kuma.

(21:01):
I really appreciate it.
Yeah, you know that.
Going back to the mountainmetaphor, I have definitely
taken a few tours up and aroundthe mountains edge.
So, yeah, no, I feel like nightand day difference.
You know they use the wordtransformation a lot and I think

(21:22):
like, metaphorically speaking,it's the whole like caterpillar
to a butterfly situation andyeah, I've definitely
experienced that.
What's pretty freaking crazy, though, and obviously like so
ironic, is this is like news tome, right, if I have like these
like big revelatory momentswhere I'm like, oh my God, I'm
not a fat, slimy caterpillar,I'm actually a beautiful

(21:45):
butterfly.
And then I go and like tellpeople, like I go to, like see
my dad, or I go to tell anybody, like hey, not anybody, but you
know what I mean my friends andstuff, like, oh my God, I just
discovered this amazing thingabout myself.
They're like we've known thatthe whole time.
Like you just realized that I'mlike, oh great, yeah, I guess.
So, I guess I did so.
It's pretty funny.
It's like I was the last tofind out.

(22:08):
You know all of these wonderfulaspects of me and how to use
them properly, etc.
Even that, even with the usethem right, like it's very
Avatar, last airbender, like, yeah, just first identifying.
Oh, I have this, this specialskill, and then flexing it over

(22:29):
and over again and then buildinginfrastructure around it, which
is kind of like what thecoaching business is.
That's tough shit.
I mean, it's been tough shitfor me anyway.
You know, commodify, likeloving people and being able to
support them on the journey.
I mean look, it's hundreds andthousands of people are doing

(22:50):
this every single day, right?
I mean, hell, here I am onInstagram, I'm literally doing
it right now, but somehow itdoesn't make it any less odd and
you know, I guess it's becauseI'm new, right?
So that's always going to havethe effect.
Yeah, it was a long time ago, kuma, I think it was seven
freaking years ago and honestly, like that it's funny.

(23:12):
When I first started the wholejourney and stuff and certainly
like in the middle of thejourney, just in terms of like
focusing on other stuff otherthan gaming and Twitch, I didn't
even I would, you know, I wassuper immersed in life, like I
was, like you know, off drivingacross LA for auditions and
stuff.
It wasn't like, I didn't thinkabout like Twitch or gaming very
often.
But now it's been like seven oreight years and I would log

(23:36):
into my YouTube channel and Iwould be like, dude, how have I
not made a video in seven years?
And what's even crazier andthis is the what's even crazier
is that I still want to.
That's the thing.
That's like wow, it's like Iwent all this way.

(23:58):
You know, I have tried allthese things, had these little
opportunities to spin off.
Never look back and despitethat, I'm back here again.
You know, and not in a.
I walked backwards way in a.
I walked in a gigantic circleway.
Or, you know, I like the spiralmetaphor too, because then

(24:20):
you're back where you started, but you're a little bit higher
up than you were the first time.
What up, dad?
Thank you for joining.
Guys, in the last two years, mydad got the bug to make videos
Funny saying it like that, because, at the end of the day,
he's the one who actuallystudied film and used to be the
camera guy in his friend group, like growing up his whole life,

(24:42):
but he finally hit the YouTubescene.
If you want to see my dad inaction right now on either
YouTube or Instagram, however, Idon't know what you can do with
my stream open, god knows.
I can't do anything withoutInstagram throwing a fit Snapper
tails, snapper tails.
It's all fishing content.

(25:02):
Actually, it's not all fishingcontent.
On Tik Tok he posts some giantfreaking like 50 caliber guns
and apparently that's what thepeople want, you know.
But when it's not giant 50caliber guns, it's fishing
content and it's pretty badass.
We actually he got a drone.
What was it, dad?

(25:23):
Was it like last Christmas ortwo Christmases ago?
He got an.
Is it amphibious?
I mean, it can get wet.
It can land on water, it canget wet.
So it's at least waterproofdrone and he used his it for his
channel.
So would you look at that Twoyears ago?

(25:45):
Two years ago, yep, awesome.
Hey dad, what did you thinkabout the Christmas list To
everybody watching in our family?
Every year we go around, we doa Christmas list.
Last year, dad didn't realizethat he was projecting out, he
was broadcasting a desire.

(26:06):
He didn't realize that he wasgoing to be taken seriously.
So he ended up getting a megaChristmas and it was really fun
Kind of redesigned his entireliving room setup, which I think
right now Gas Bar and mygrandmother are probably sitting
right in front of.
Oh dad, you haven't opened ityet.
Dude, you should open it rightnow.
You should open it right now.

(26:27):
You need to open it right now,and I don't know where Gabe is,
but I'm actually very excitedfor Gabe to open it as well.
It's silly.
Spoiler alert, he's a littlesilly.
By the way, everybody here.
I wore my Nintendo shirt todayon the stream.

(26:48):
I don't know if you know this Imean, I'm sure a lot of you do
but I'm wearing my Mario shirttoday because the movie is
coming out.
I'm a little.
I can't decide if I'm excitedfor it or not.
I get excited and then I getunexcited.
Jack Black is playing Bowserand it is incredible.
He absolutely crushes it.

(27:09):
But then Chris Pratt is Mario.
I don't know who made thedecision that Mario wasn't going
to have a damn bad Italianaccent, but it was a mistake.
I can't take it seriously.
And not only can I not take itseriously, but he's literally em
it from the Lego movie.
So I'm watching Mario.
It sounds like somebody put theaudio from Lego movie onto my

(27:33):
Nintendo Mario movie Veryconfusing.
So I was having this wholediscussion in a group chat the
other day with the friends thatI played D&D with.
We got into it and pretty mucheverybody unanimously agreed,
you know.
And not only that, but sinceJack Black is just outperforming
the hell out at almost everyoneelse.
It also creates a bit of astrange environment.
Regardless, I found out thatyou can right now go watch the

(27:58):
trailer and, by the way, if youdo this, it's going to ruin it
for you, so I'm letting you know.
Do it at your own risk, but youcan right now go watch the
trailer for the Italian versionof the Mario movie, and it is
amazing to the point where Iwould almost prefer to go watch
the Mario movie in Italian.
I would miss Jack Black.

(28:19):
So I feel like somebody needsto teach him Italian really
quick and then have him do theVO for the Italian version.
But literally other than that,oh, it's just so dialed in.
It's incredible.
I 100% watched the Italianversion.
Ah, big money items.
Good for her.
You know, that's what we want.
It's the tis the season, baby, tis the season.

(28:40):
You know, put it on the damnlist.
I just the mosquitoes.
I'm like a cat with themosquito.
I'm like I got to kill it thesecond it comes into view, I'm
like immediately activated.
I think a little adrenalinereleases.
Maybe that's just a coffee, although I'm, you know, the Zoa,
chris.

(29:03):
Not sure if you're still here, but hello, oh, wow, like TV,
expensive.
Yes, gaspar was instrumental onlast year's mission.
Impossible to surprise myfather with the most gigantic
box we've ever had to deal with.

(29:24):
But we pulled it off because weare tenacious, little elves,
that is for sure.
Although I did have to getgaspar, you know I had to spur
him into action, you know, inthe early morning, but but he
showed up.
He showed up.
He saved the day.

(29:46):
I did I actually.
I Googled Huberman, I GoogledHuberman.
I have it pulled up right herefor after the after the little
live session.
American neuroscientist andtenured associate professor in
the Department of Neurobiologyand Psychiatry and Behavioral
Sciences at Stanford School ofMedicine.

(30:06):
Has made contributions to thebrain development, brain
plasticity and neuralregeneration and repair fields.
That is, he's credentialed.
Yes, you did.
You did have your knee.
Well, you had your knee busted,so you were down a knee.
All quiet.

(30:27):
On the twitch front, I come out.
I have so many ideas flyingthrough my head on a regular
basis these days that I don'tknow what I'm actually going to
do versus not do.
Yet I'm getting clarity.
I literally have an entire planto get more clarity in the next
today, tomorrow, wednesday, etcetera, and hopefully, I'm also

(30:48):
in a small mastermind which isall about getting clarity, which
is great, but regardless, I hadthis like daydream the other
day that maybe when I was 24,well, that, let's pause the,
maybe save it for a moment.
When I was 24, I did a 24 hourlive stream and it boosted, like
incredibly boosted thestreaming for me, especially at
the beginning, so I was thinkingmaybe 32.

(31:11):
Can I do 32 hours?
I don't even want to do 32hours Sounds insane, but it
occurred to me, the thoughtfloated past my mind's eye and I
think you know right now it'slike quiet on twitch, but I do
think that if I did like a 32hour stream, it would be pretty
cool to catch a bunch of the oldbike club family back at it

(31:34):
again.
Man, the front page of twitchis crazy dude.
It is blowing my mind.
Right now there's a girl in abathtub, there's another one
playing chess and then there'sone casually leaning over on her
bed.
Welcome to twitch.
Interesting, amazing, wow.

(31:54):
And the worst thing is says livechannels.
We think you'll like.
Twitch is off.
Not only am I not like woohoo,I love these channels, I'm kind
of I'm shocked.
There's a channel titled lazystream for lazy people, and the
thumbnail is uh well, it livesup to the name.

(32:20):
We stream cod.
We could stream cod, that'strue, it would be after
Christmas, which means I mightbe up a game of cod.
I might also be up an entire PC.
Speaking of which, gabe, areyou free from now to the end of
the day?
Are you already home?
Because I have taken a fewsteps towards planning the build

(32:44):
and so I would love to connecton that.
All right, we just finished thecan, so now we just have the
cup left.
And God, I see those over.
It happened so fast.
We had so much fun.
Oh hey, thanks, dad.
Dad popped into my Twitch chat.
First time chat.

(33:06):
Hello, hello, dude.
There's no way.
That's first time chat.
I mean no way.
This is like Twitch must haveforgotten about you, man.
What the hell?
2015,.
Oh, my God, you created it onmy 24th birthday.
I knew it.
I knew Twitch forgot about you, god.
That just goes to show you howmuch they've done under the hood

(33:28):
to this freaking app since 2015.
It's like a whole new world,man.
It says one message Dude,january 11th 2015,.
That's incredible.
That's incredible.
Oh, a slight delay on videoversus sound.
I'll have to look into thatlater.

(33:49):
Honestly, there's so much withthe streaming and everything.
It's nuts.
Hopefully.
I'm actually literally hopingthat you're wrong.
I'm hoping that when I go checkit'll have synced itself up,
because otherwise I don't evenknow where I would begin to

(34:10):
troubleshoot that.
Dude, you know, what's sofrustrating about the Instagram
interface is I see you guys jumpin and sometimes I get these
user names.
They don't recognize them rightaway and I wanna tap to see who
it is and Instagram's like no,no, you're not gonna tap, you're
not gonna tap, you're not gonnatap, you're not gonna see,

(34:30):
you're just gonna run with it,you're just gonna do it live.
And I guess they just want it tobe a very one-way platform.
It's clearly I serve outwardand you guys can like text to me
, I suppose, but it's not.
I mean, it's just, it's islimited.
Sound comes first.
Buy a split second.

(34:50):
Thank you so much, Dad, alwaysthere with the technical
feedback.
Love it, love it.
All right, guys.
Well, I think I'm gonna close itdown for today.
Thank you all so much forcoming.
Nick, so glad to see you.
I can see that you're asupporter of the Huberman
content.
Very cool.
Maybe we'll talk more aboutthat next time.

(35:12):
Maybe I'll check it out betweennow and next time, and then
I'll be a Huberman fan myself.
I don't even know if I'm sayinghis name right, but anyway,
thank you guys for being here, having a little graffitied
though with me.
I even got to have graffitiedthough with my grandmother today
.

my episode three, which is anepisode of my podcast that I
have not yet released.
I'm hoping to do that, let'ssay, by Wednesday, I think by

(35:55):
Wednesday, hoping to sling outthat little piece of content and
hopefully by the end of theweek I'll be ready to drop the
third episode.
I've also got my guest for thefourth episode.
He's gonna be getting back tome to see if he can make it
before the holiday season, sowe'll have to see about that.
There's a few other things inthe pipeline, but we'll leave it
there for now.

(36:16):
Joe, thank you so much forstopping by.
Very nice to see you sinceSkyBlock.
Maybe we'll get back in the skyat some point soon.
I would like that.
I know that they absolutely havebuilt the shit out of Minecraft
.
Oh my God, I have yet to do afull blown underwater adventure.
It's actually one of the thingsthat's most appealing and
exciting to me, but I guess atthis point the list is endless.

(36:38):
There's like end cities thatneed to be explored, nether
realms like Nether biomes.
I've not played in any of theNether biomes.
Honestly, at this point it'slike learning a new language
going back and playing Minecraft.
But hopefully, when I get thebuild done, I can go back and
have Nvidia Ray tracing on.
It's over the top and it'sinsane, but I want it.
Oh my God, do I want it.

(37:00):
But anyway, guys, love you.
