Self-Confidence: Saying No and Yes | Dr Vee’s Coaching Corner, episode 3 (CBP 402) | 8 December 2022
This is the 3rd Episode of “Dr. Vee’s Coaching Corner”, a series dedicated to Dr. Veronica De La Rosa sharing her practical business advice for the benefit of small and medium sized businesses across many industries and service sectors.

In this episode, Dr. Vee continued with the “Self-Confidence” theme from episodes 1 and 2 to focus on how self-confidence gives you the ability to say NO but also to say YES.
Dr. Vee provided 5 tips on how to normalize saying “NO”:
1st | Be clear; just say no
2nd | Start small; say no to small requests. If two requests, say no to one and yes to one.
3rd | Have some statements prepared to reject, say
4th | Delay your response
5th | Remember that assertiveness is key
