It is not secret that grief has been the center at the demise of many of the characters we have witnessed in both real life and in our favorite stories (Bridgerton, Encanto, and even the Yeezy Netflix series to name a few). Grief is a tragic emotion most of us have or will experience in many different forms.
However, why is it so much easier to drown grief with responsibilities, accomplishments and accolades? Most of us have probably been told that emotions are a sign of weakness. So in this episode Astrid Ferguson shares her experience with grief when she lost her father the same year she had her first born son. A candid conversation only two sisters can share.
