This episode features Karla Jacinto's story. Karla is a sex trafficking survivor and activist who was sexually exploited from the age of five and prostituted from ages 12-16. Forced to service 30-40 men each day, she estimates that she has been raped 43, 200 times. Her story is definitely heart wrenching but I'm glad she has chosen to rise above all these and today, she shares her story with us.
