Comment embarquer les collaborateurs autour de la raison d'être d’une entreprise à mission ? Dans cet épisode, enregistré lors du hackathon #ForANewBusinessSoul, co-organisé par l’EFAP, Canary Call et le MBA Digital Marketing & Business et RSE, Perrine Grua reçoit Claire Marsal Guèze (Chief CSR and Corporate Communications Officer de Nutrition & Santé), Charlotte Filipe (Responsable de secteur et membre du comité de mission chez NUTRITION & SANTE), Vincent Montet (Directeur-Fondateur du MBA Spécialisé Digital Marketing & Business #MBADMB à l'EFAP) ainsi que les membres de l’équipe étudiante gagnante du hackathon : Lilou Anselm, Inès Bensissa, Lucie Boulatsel, Mathilde Cervantes, Léana Dumas, Freddy Lecourt et Jules Querret.
Cette année, les étudiants du MBA DMB et du MBA RSE avaient pour mission d’imaginer un dispositif engageant pour mobiliser les 1500 collaborateurs de Nutrition & Santé autour de son statut d’Entreprise à Mission. Claire Marsal Guèze explique comment cette transition s’est construite grâce à un processus collaboratif et comment engager les employés, qu’ils travaillent en usine, en filiale ou en force de vente.
L’équipe gagnante propose « Bees & Buzz », une approche ludique et immersive inspirée des pollinisateurs, avec trois axes forts :
- Gamification et challenges via des quiz et défis collaboratifs ;
- Podcast interne « La Voix de la Ruche », où les collaborateurs partagent leurs expériences ;
- Micro-dons et actions terrain pour un engagement concret.
Les étudiants expliquent leur approche : analyser les freins à l’engagement, proposer des leviers adaptés et créer un dispositif réaliste et immédiatement activable. Charlotte Filipe souligne l’importance d’outils simples pour fédérer les équipes, tandis que Vincent Montet met en avant l’intérêt du hackathon pour confronter les étudiants à des enjeux concrets et les entraîner à structurer des solutions activables.
