Chez Bel France, elle s'est donnée pour mission de faire de l'entreprise un leader de la transition alimentaire, en mettant en œuvre des initiatives telles que le soutien à la transition agroécologique des éleveurs et des innovations en matière de packaging durable.
Finalement, Anne-Sophie explique comment, chez Bel France, chaque initiative, aussi petite soit-elle, contribue à un objectif plus large de durabilité et d'équité. Elle démontre également que dans le secteur agroalimentaire, les entreprises peuvent et doivent être des vecteurs de changement positif, influençant non seulement leurs processus internes mais aussi l'ensemble de leur chaîne de valeur.
