Fanny partage son parcours, marqué par une forte volonté de promouvoir l’inclusion des femmes dans les métiers techniques et numériques.
Après avoir passé huit ans dans l’assurance chez Aviva, où elle a navigué les enjeux de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises (RSE) et de la transformation digitale, Fanny a ensuite pris part à des projets d'inclusion financière en Asie et en Afrique. Aujourd'hui, elle nous parle de son engagement pour améliorer la place des femmes dans des secteurs traditionnellement dominés par les hommes comme la tech et le digital.
Tout au long de l’épisode, Fanny explique les défis auxquels font face les femmes en reconversion professionnelle dans le numérique, et insiste sur la nécessité de changer les mentalités au sein des entreprises pour créer des environnements de travail plus inclusifs. Elle met également en lumière l’importance des compétences techniques pour les femmes dans le contexte d’une économie de plus en plus digitalisée.
Enfin, Fanny partage sa vision d’un avenir où l’égalité professionnelle n’est plus un combat, mais une réalité, et appelle à une mobilisation collective pour surmonter les barrières sociales et genrées.
