Comment réinventer l’entreprise familiale pour un management humaniste et engagé ? Issu d’une famille d’entrepreneurs, Benjamin a grandi avec l’idée que l’autonomie est essentielle pour vivre ses passions. Après une première aventure entrepreneuriale marquée par des échecs, il rejoint Châteauform’ en 2021, une entreprise familiale unique en son genre : chaque maison est gérée par une famille vivant sur place, créant un cadre propice à la rencontre et à l’épanouissement professionnel.
Benjamin raconte comment, face à la crise du Covid-19, Châteauform’ a fait le choix courageux de maintenir ses équipes et ses maisons ouvertes, malgré l’arrêt complet de ses activités pendant 17 mois. Fidèle à ses valeurs d’humanisme et de solidarité, l’entreprise a surmonté cette épreuve et renforcé son engagement, notamment en devenant une entreprise à mission en 2022.
L’épisode met également en lumière les initiatives de Benjamin, comme le lancement de Châteauform’ Inside, une activité dédiée à la création d’espaces de travail chaleureux et collaboratifs pour les entreprises. Il partage sa conviction que l’autonomie et la responsabilisation des équipes sont les clés d’un management efficace et durable, tout en soulignant l’importance d’un cadre clair et aligné sur les valeurs de l’entreprise.
