arrived in Peru for the APEC Summit. He'll be making
the case for what free trade amid fears of what
effect Donald Trump's proposed tariffs may have, and Opposition Leader
Peter Dutton agrees.

What Australia should be doing is advancing our interests in
the region. That includes more trade opportunities so that we
can create jobs and we can grow the economy. It
means making sure that we stand up for our national
security and our equities and interest in the region as well,
and I'm sure the Prime Minister will do that on
our country's behalf.

The man accused of murdering Victorian mum Samantha Murphy is
pleaded not guilty each Twenty three year old Patrick Orn
Stevenson has appeared in court via video link this morning,
with his case to be fast tracked to the Supreme Court.
More calls for social media giants to follow the same
rules as traditional media. Health Minister Mark Butler's told the

And all eyes will be on the latest unemployment figures
being released later this morning. Most economists expect the jobless
rate will go up slightly, from four point one to
four point two. A strong labor market means the Reserve
Bank won't be in a hurry to reduce interest rates.
