Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hello from the Amplified newsroom. I'm Ashley Nolan. Gamblers are
losing more money on poker machines in the ACT despite
the number of machines decreasing. The Camber Times reports gambling

in twenty twenty three to twenty four to more than
one hundred and ninety million last financial year, even though

(00:22):

million dollars since twenty nineteen.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
There needs to be found discussion of why it wasn't
raised through the appropriate levels before. While the UC's turned

that you see this shows that the UC governance issues
haven't been completely resolved.
