act Greens say Labour's approach to the housing crisis just
isn't working. It comes after questions in the budget estimates
revealed the public housing waiting list had increased by fourteen
percent in the six months to June this year. Deputy
Green Leader Joe Clay says we need a lot more

public housing.

We need public housing in our green field areas, we
need public housing in our brown field areas. We need
public housing to be built much more quickly, and we
actually need a government to be taking this problem seriously.

Claims today that's some of the most popular electric cars
just aren't giving customers accurate information on their vehicle performance.
The locally based Australian Automotive Association says some of them
are just falling short when it comes to their advertised
battery range and capabilities, and our amezed Peter Corey telling
nine it's not a shock.

Since twenty twenty three we've been testing petrol and diesel
cars and many of them have fallen short of how
far they've promised their consumers can go on a full
tank of petrol or diesel, so it's not uncommon to
see these results.

The Critical Services Building at the Canbra Hospital is celebrating
its first birthday since opening its doors in August last year,

the emergency department and almost nineteen thousand procedures carried out,
including a recog number of surgeries on campus. There's been

grant aims to have the numbers of deaths caused by
the disease by looking into reoccurrence. Fifteen percent of the
twenty one thousand ossies diagnosed each year will experience a
recurrence within ten years. The Prime Minister has dodged questions
about a tax overhaul. It follows calls to increase the

GST to fifteen percent and increase the range to include meat,
milk and bread. Anthony Abernezi says they've got a tax policy.

We're reducing income taxes by next year on July one,

Local Canberon Zach Bates is continuing his family's racing legacy
with his supercars debut this weekend at the Ipswich Super
four forty. The Bates family is well known in Australian motorsport,
primarily in rallying. Zach says it's been a while since
the Bats' name has been in supercars.

So basically have the name back in supercars now as
very special and I hope that I can fly the

Our top three local road trips have been named by
Australian traveler. They say the three roadies to put on

and Quantus Frequent flyers are getting less bang for their
