Greens are bringing a vote in the Assembly this week
to expand fair free travel, aiming to make life more
affordable for locals struggling with the cost of living.

a few dollars, but for those who are struggling financially
in the cost of living crisis, this is critical. This

The National Capital Authority is warning of significant disruption when
renewal works begin on Commonwealth Bridge in the coming weeks.
Preliminary works will see the bridge reduced to two lanes
in both directions from mid November. Then from January, the
northbound side of the bridge will close, with three lanes
to be made available on the other side of the
bridge for both northbound and southbound traffic. More than one

faces a two year ban from owning any animal and

role within the Sport Australia Hall of Fame Scholarship program.
