(00:03):
Welcome to Cannabis School. I'm your host, Jesse Angeles.
And I'm Brandon Elder. And we're here to talk to you
about everything pertaining to cannabis from vape flour,
edibles, strains, and everythingin between.
This morning we have a little roadside episode.

(00:26):
Yeah, we have a roadside episodefor sure and.
We're checking out some hobby. Hobby this is a good flower
from. Dragonfly Wellness.
You know, one of the best thingsabout Dragonfly is that they
have such robust flavors and smells.
Dude, I've been smelling other cannabis that's grown around

(00:47):
here. It's not bad, It doesn't smoke
bad, but dude, the smell. It was so subtle, any of the
same notes that I would usually get and I was just so sad by
that. Like the experience was fine,
but this the dragonfly stuff andyou know, if there's other
products that you guys are loving, let us know.
Coffee's fantastic. It's got like I think it was
limiting. Beta, Carafiline and Linol were

(01:09):
the top three turkeys. Well, that's what's really crazy
about it is that limiting on that.
It's extremely high for a cannabis Dr. turf, but it's got
caryophylline little all Piney and and humiline Piney mean
humiline being the miners. But it is one of the great
things I really like about this is that very little cough at

(01:32):
first when you hit it with a vaporizer, it's going to give
you a bit of a kick just becausethe flavor is so pronounced.
That's true. Yeah, and lately we've been
using the Venti from stores in Bickel.
Honestly, it's like the volcano,a tiny portable volcano.
Yeah in your hand. So if you guys want looking for

(01:53):
a new vaporizer, a new device, go check out the link below
Definitely worth it. Honestly, yeah.
It beats out the Mighty, the Crafty, every other vaporizer
that we've tried. You know, I was skeptical of but
I should now because stores and fickle just puts out amazing
products and there's so many other products you really enjoy
too. But the Venti do, just like
Brandon said, this thing's like a a volcano in your hands that

(02:17):
you can take anywhere the battery goes forever and you
could just roast the bowl for a long time.
Yeah, and it's. It just stays going the whole
time, so it's not like the otherones where it shuts off after
2-3 minutes, you know, it's justyou can go until the bowl is
done. The.
Thing I like with Povy though, it, it's really nice.

(02:39):
It's like a pretty straight to the face, kind of kind of
straight, yeah, like envelops myhead.
It goes kind of just encompassesmy entire head from front to
back. I did notice it initially, like
the first bits were in the base of my skull just around the
back, which was not terrible, but was an interesting

(02:59):
experience from like just a light dusting across the back.
You. Know the one thing that Oh yeah,
OK, so oh man, I'm having a hardtime finding this on theirs.
Like it shows the total THC in the in in the container, but it
doesn't show like THC percentage.
So I'm wondering if it's just online.

(03:21):
But one of the things I like about Pavei too, is that this is
a more relaxing sativa straight.I feel it like in my forehead,
like right here on the sides of my temples.
OK. And I feel a little bit in the
middle of my face, but it's justreally, I mean, like I'm awake,

(03:43):
but I feel cool and chill. It's nice.
It's a nice relaxing when in this drive, we realized that
it's a new month. And so even though Dragonfly is
one of our favorite and we're, you know, pave is what we're
talking about, which is also a Dragonfly stream, sometimes
Jesse and I like to adventure uptogether and take the drive up

(04:05):
to Salt Lake and go to Dragonfly.
So that is what we are doing this morning is taking a little
road trip up to Dragonfly to go get some new flowers and see
what's on the menu. Yeah.
And you know what's 1 of the great things is that when we
visited their farm, we got to see so many different types of
strains. Just waiting.
To be hatched and released upon the public.

(04:27):
But you know who? Who's your guys's favorite
spensary or grower around you? Put it, put it in the comments
over there and give a shout out to them.
You know, it's to think about right now.
I'm going to go back to the strain.
It's a little cotton mouthy. It was a pretty not clicky
though, just like. No, just a little dry.

(04:47):
Yeah, you know what? That one, sorry, there was that
one strain that was like only dry in the center of your
tongue, but then the rest of your mouth felt wet like the
rest felt normal. Wasn't that the the one that I
got? Oh, it might have been the black
crashers. Cake crashers.
OK. That's just that was a it's
actually a pretty good strength.I liked the experience, it was

(05:08):
just way more subtle on the likethe the smells and the flavors
that came from it. Well, one of the cool things is
that if you combine Cake Crashers with another one called
Larry Cake, strange fucking name, but Larry Cake.

(05:28):
And when you put them both together, I call it chloroform
because that shit knocks you outor it gets you super Randy.
It's fucking crazy, dude. Steph and I, we had some and
she's like, what was that? And I'm like, oh, it picks these
two. And she's like, yeah, do that

(05:50):
again. But the next time that we get a,
we get a hangout play around. It's hilarious.
It's not a hazy strain. No.
But it's not the pure focus thatI do get with some other sativas
though, like it's, it's a littlebit of that relaxation and not
that settles in that just I really like it.
And especially for me these lastfew days I felt like, dude, I

(06:13):
don't know what it is. I've had the worst back pain I
have had in years, but there's nothing I did to provoke it.
Usually I do like some sort of work or something that really
agitates it. I just woke up one morning and
it felt like I got hit by a truck and I.
Dude, this pill was fucking everybody up here.
I mean, you know, we're in Utah. There's no snow on the ground,

(06:36):
and that's OK. I mean, it's been shifting quite
a bit. We've been having a lot of later
winters. But dude, there's no snow on the
ground. But it is cold as fuck around
here. Not like Minnesota cold.
Don't you guys start yelling over there.
Can you connection? Shut the fuck up, it's always
cold. It is so cold there.
Yeah, but here, like 20s, thirties, that's still really

(06:58):
cold for me and my back when it got the weirdest thing.
So my cracked disk is in the middle of my back.
So that is where I usually feel most of my pain all the time.
But until I had my motorcycle accident, all of my back pain
was in my low back before that. So now the last few days, I
haven't felt my middle of my back at all.

(07:19):
It's only been my low back. And it's been so excruciating
that like the other pain feels like it doesn't exist.
Oh yeah. Which is nuts.
No, that's been the hard thing too, man.
Looking for strains that are going to help me a lot more with
pain right now. Like I've got this old injury of
boxers fracture where the joint separates slightly.

(07:40):
Suck. Yeah, it's just from repetitive,
like it's like a jarring experience.
Like people can get it from likeswings and sledgehammers.
Baseball players get it, golfersget it, but I got to start
punching and dude, it's totally fine.
But lately it locks up. Literally, dude, I was playing
need for. I'm not need to be.

(08:02):
When we were playing Gran Turismo and when we were going
around, dude, my thumb locked upand.
Holy shit I was like. Like I don't want to take
ibuprofen, but sometimes it's the only thing that touches it.
Yeah, because I'll take I mean, the good thing is, is what what
cannabis will do for me is it'lltake my mind off the pain.
So I don't feel it. But like that last night where I

(08:23):
the chloroform strain that I wassaying.
Right. Yeah.
That shit. That's what we need to look for
today is strains for winter timethat are great for pain that
settles in because as that like change in weather happens, all
the change in the seasons, we got these cold fronts
everywhere. Like I definitely noticed that

(08:45):
pain way more. So we'll check out, find some
strains that'll be great for pain for the winter time.
Yeah. So check in probably next week
or yeah, check in next week. We'll have some new episodes on
that. See what new products come out
so and if you guys haven't yet you should swing on over to the
new site here soon. Check out Cannabis School

(09:08):
Approved. You can find quality products
that we love that are great for you.
You can find dispensaries in your area that are Cannabis
School approved so they are havea higher standard than some of
the others in the industry. And we'll be having a section
pretty soon as well for products, solely just for
products. So we're excited to be able to

(09:28):
bring this to you, but more importantly, you're probably
wherever you're at, you're goingto be seeing our stupid faces up
on electronic billboards pretty soon.
So you guys are going to be having fun with that saying hey,
I get high with those guys. I know those fools.
Those guys are hilarious, so go on over there.
Hey, And also, we really appreciate all the comments
lately. I love that you guys are using

(09:49):
that Spotify comments section. It's so much fun.
Oh, it's fantastic. I get those messages on YouTube.
Is growing surprisingly, so we're getting more comments
there. Like I just love engaging with
everyone at home. Well, and we love that you guys
are just pumped like even our sesh episodes, the let's get a
lot of comments are are ones where we're just chilling and.

(10:09):
Randomly talking about. Yeah, we got some cool stuff to
talk about. And you know what, the one thing
that we really want to focus on is no hate, just just a lot of
compassion. You'll see us even sometimes on
the session. We, what may, others may can see
as a argument. It is a discussion.
Because if not, we wouldn't be sitting in this car together

(10:31):
going, hey, let's drive up and go buy weed.
But I will tell you this though, anybody who's upset, they just
need weed. I think that I would be a great
political pundit to fight against other people because my
answer to that most and Jesse, you were drinking beer and did
stupid shit when you were 21. How do you answer that?
And I'm like, you just I'll stopa hit of this.

(10:54):
Yep. I don't think we're going to
have to fight about this anymore.
I think we just like common ground.
Yeah, when alcohol makes you do stupid things.
I know I've done way more stupidthings than I would normally do
in life when I was drinking. So, well, I'll tell you right
now, Brandon and I are, I mean, if anybody else has already
started this, I don't know what it is, but we're going to we're
going to jump on this bandwagon. There's a a red party, a blue

(11:17):
party and now there is a Green Party that just wants everybody
to get along. And yet high, yeah, we're not.
Not high. If that's not but, you know, use
cannabis, enjoy some green. You know what would be?
Awesome, everyone could use. It before Congress or Senate
goes into a session. We fucking dose all their
coffee. Oh my God, So it would be
fantastic. And they're like halfway through

(11:39):
a filibuster. People just kind of sit down.
They're taking a nap. Well, see, I have cannabis and
two sugars. We'll just bring that all of
them and oh look. Dude that's like some Fight Club
shit. So much just got.
Right. Yeah.
You remember when they would do shit like where they were like
messing with when they were waiters, they would piss in the
suit so they would serve it to all these rich people.

(12:02):
Oh man, it was so fucking funny. But that would be the thing we
get like those actual like sugarpackets and we create
duplicates. Oh my God, that'd be fantastic.
What I did there, yeah, unless you got one of them saucy
bitches that puts in like 5, they'd be like good luck.
So high. Good luck reels, hey?
Tell us too, about what it's like driving around here.

(12:24):
I mean, if you're in California on the five, I mean enough said.
We both have traveled that many a times and no thank.
All right. Where's been your favorite place
to drive? Arizona really.
Yeah. They have beautiful canyons and
landscapes and a lot of gas. It doesn't feel like, I mean,

(12:45):
and this is a time where I was doing that.
Remember last It wasn't. Last year was the year before
that. Are you a road trip?
Yeah, on the RV. Fucking on Oh I fucking hate
you. So my grandparents always had an
RV but there's never had problems because they just took
care of it and it was always nice.
It was one of those like Turo type things where you can rent

(13:07):
an RV, right? Yeah.
And my wife and my sister, they both rented 1 separately for the
families. They're like, it'd be great.
We'll go to Arizona in November. And so we go.
And it was me driving all the time from campsite to campsite,
Yeah, to hook up. And then one night, the shitter

(13:28):
line froze solid. Was that in southern Utah?
No, this was. Was it in Arizona?
It was in Arizona. It was in the northern part of
Arizona and Oh my fuck dude thatshitter line was as solid as it
could be and I was like but we were at a KOA that had like a
pool and all this other cool stuff so I just filled up

(13:49):
buckets of hot water. Poured it over it.
Yeah, and then after that, like,I had to be like a magician
shaking frozen shit out of this thing.
Why does shit come up in my conversations all the time?
I gotta stop. Know bro.
So that's OK. It's just because it was a
shitty opportunity. I mean, yeah, we'll talk about
shit stories. That's hilarious.
But yeah, I mean, I'm fucking, we hate RV's like Brandon

(14:11):
suggested, like in the future, if we ever could, like we'll
rent an RV and we'll travel to places where you guys are at and
be like, fuck that, we're flyingand we'll try for rental because
there's no fucking way I'm getting to one of those again, I
hate RV's. Yeah, see my grandparents always
had a really nice one, but theirs was 300,000 they spent on
their RV's and it was. Yeah, it was the.

(14:33):
Size of this truck over here, yeah.
It was a bus. It was literally the size of a
bus. And then their boat was the same
size as their bus and they wouldtow those two together when
they'd go places and stuff and Oh yeah, it was insanely a bomb.
But. So it backed that into the
harbor. Yeah, my grandpa would back that
down the driveway. Dang.

(14:53):
All the way and you know, the driveway, it's like pretty wrong
to get into that. And it was over the bridge too.
So they'd back the boat and an RV over the bridge, down the
driveway into the garage, and itwas like.
Bang dude. So my.
My dad's done that since he was little.
My dad was the best one at backing up.
He goes so crazy fast when he backs up the boat or the trailer

(15:15):
or anything. I swear he goes like 1015 miles
an hour and I'm like holy shit. Well, that that's what his
business is, right? Well, he's done that my whole
life, yeah. So Greg the backer upper.
I know, right? Yeah.
He he'll he'll back up anything for you.
You imagine that some fucking guy shows up to your house and
his truck gets out, it's in yourwhatever, and then he just backs

(15:36):
it in your driveway. And then all of a sudden his
phone just goes because he just takes bent though.
I think it should be either called like back that shit up or
back that ass up. Back that ass up.
Yeah, back that ass. Up and they just they're like OK
hey hey we'll come in parallel park for you because you suck at
that you can't do that or hey you can't back this down this
really tight skinny thing or. Dude But you know what, if you

(15:57):
think about it, I would rather pay somebody 70 bucks if I was
horrible at it and I take it my boat and run the side of my.
House. Oh God.
I've I had a couple friends do that just totally fuck up their
boat in their house and just like.
See, I ain't got. Trouble.
With it, because my dad was really good at it.
So then he made the places that trailers in that parked just big

(16:19):
enough for him to do it. So then when I would try and
park the boat or the big black 4Wheeling trailer or something,
it was a pain in the ass. It took me way longer, at least
for me, because all I knew was my dad backing up and he was
really fucking good at it. So you thought that's shit's
easy? Yeah, I'm like, oh, why can't?
Why am I struggling like this? I can back up in a car just

(16:40):
fine, you know? But like doing it with a
trailer, big trailers are way easier, but you get those little
tiny ones and they're just like they turn so fast and you're
like. Yeah, Oh, dude, I had this
killer job in high school. Like after school I'd go to this
truck yard and all I would do iswash the rigs and back up the
the trailers to each dock for the loaders.

(17:02):
And then I would get it ready for the driver and set it up
over there by the road. They come out of the office
again, The the cab was cleaned, the outside was cleaned, He was
all hooked up and dude, it was cool.
Like, like now, like I can't even use rear view cameras.
It bugs the shit out. Yeah.
I only used those for distance at the end.

(17:23):
Like I love my mirrors for everything else.
But then I'm like, OK, how far am I from the condo?
OK, the camera's great, so I cango.
Yeah, yeah. But past that, like I was a lot
tech when I was 17 to 18. And so I practice like I did all
this parking and making the carsperfect.
Oh yeah, all that stupid stuff. So I got good at, you know,

(17:44):
parking. And stuff.
And that but didn't like the. Jacket and the bow tie.
No, luckily I could wear that. You got to serve your car.
This is such a weird strain because it's even though it's
like a really high what you would classify probably sativa
strain just from the. Yeah, I don't feel high at all.

(18:04):
I feel nice. I just feel like just real
happy, yeah. But like, my focus is not.
I wouldn't say this is a perfectwork strain.
No. But this is a great well hang
out with friends, just have fun.I can see the strain.
Find a playlist, no. No lyrics and like you're
hammering out emails, no. Distractions, yeah, if you're

(18:27):
doing that, it just depends on. What you're talking about, Yes,
I'll smoke. Put on music.
And run music and and. You know, Yep.
For hours and it's it's really you know what dude I mean that's
that's for anybody here like if you're like a biz that person or
you're some type of secretary look duck out awesome.

(18:48):
Well kidding. Yep, go stab yourself a little
puffy. Puffy.
Even if. It's some hot dogs for sales,
honestly true. Ever.
The only things that I don't feel, there's always a certain
level actually even operating heavy, heavy machinery.
Well, I mean, that's I don't. Recommend that for people who
work for a company who there's, you know, legal repercussions.

(19:11):
But like, I ran my dad's backhoeat his home and he knew that I
was puffing and that I puffed because at the end of the day,
he understands my level of, you know, ability.
Needing to be high, yeah. Well, I've got this.
Yeah. I've got a certain level of
pain. And if I'm working with him,
I've got even more pain. Yeah, I've got a I've better be

(19:34):
doing this if I'm helping you. So he understands that if I'm
working with him, I am puffing because I hurt more than I would
if I'm not working with him. And I'm already puffing if I'm
not working with him. So I don't.
Yeah. So he understands that like I've
got a lot of pain and that's just how I work.
So but I think there's a certainnice level for every job.

(19:58):
But even with like saws in that, there's only a certain level of
it because I'm like, yeah, I have to be way more fine tune in
my movements and my reaction speeds, everything else that I,
I wouldn't want to be really high, you know.
But there's like same with salesor everything else.
There's that nice level of just like perfect productivity, the

(20:19):
golden zone. Yeah.
Well, I mean, right now, like onthis one, I could do quiet sales
activities, emails, things like that.
I could not talk to somebody foran extended period of time about
things that I should know. This doesn't.
I think it would be great because you might build actual

(20:40):
rapport, not fake ass rapport. No, no, no, I get that.
But this strain doesn't make me feel like I could just I
wouldn't want to have a productive conversation about
business. I want to bullshit about stuff.
Yeah, exactly. The bullshitting straight, Yeah.
That's like, it's really hard. I don't know if it's the best
for certain things. But dude, I would actually enjoy
golfing with this and I don't even like golf.

(21:01):
I would love that as long as my I couldn't do it with how my
back feels right now. No, but I would love to do.
That maybe we'll get you like a floating thing like like the
Baron. Baron what?
Harkinen the he floats around and do my.
God, yeah, get. You that you just float around
if you're not fat? He's just like why is that guy

(21:22):
float like fuck? Fat Nah.
See, I just gotta, it's only been these last few days so I
don't know what it is, but I gotta get that going away and
then you know, but that's what it is.
Tuesdays are half price at Top Golf.
So let's go get a high. Go to Top Golf on a Tuesday.
Would that be some good? Content without any, you know,
no networking meeting and shit just for fun.

(21:43):
Dude, you know what you need to do.
It'd be cool to find like a miniature golf course and then
use our putters. Oh yeah, there we go.
From Greenskeeper. Yeah, there's several of them.
That look down at the show notes, look for greenskeeper.
Check out these killer putters. They're awesome.
We got these putters and it's it's just awesome.

(22:04):
He's got a bunch of new stuff and dude, the shirt quality is.
Oh, it's, I love that sweater. It is so soft, so soft.
I wear that all the time and everyone.
So I was like, oh, I like your sweater.
I'm like, yeah, you. I don't know if those are
available to be sold anywhere, but it is worse.
No, they're they're gonna be selling soon.
It is worth checking out, yeah, but.

(22:25):
You should just do like on it Facebook.
Yeah. Peach.
And hey, we love you guys. Thanks for tuning in, and don't
forget to tune in next week.
