Takisha Carter is a medicinal cannabis patient, now an award-winning Certified Cannabis Advocate & Certified Cannabis Health Coach. She founded Afro Canna Wholistic to guide others in cannabis health and wellness as well as Black Women Who Blaze to provide visibility for black women in the cannabis space. She is a Graduate Mentor at the Cannabis Coaching Institute, and a current "Ganjier" student. Recently she is the organizer and founding member of the Cannabis Policy Research Group, advocating for effective policy for the people.
