He has kept the entire existing team of 26 valued employees on board and even brought his daughter, Grace, into the fold to help manage the day-to-day operations . Scarbrough emphasizes being hands-on and accessible—whether tailoring, restoring a wedding gown, providing convenient home delivery, or wash and fold services—he aims to elevate the customer experience through personalized attention, faster responsiveness, and daily on-site leadership
