She was previously the CEO of Rendia, the Baltimore-based patient engagement software company that was acquired in 2022 by PatientPoint. Prior to joining Rendia, Smitha worked at a boutique investment bank. She earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Finance from the University of Virginia.
