At 13, Alex was depressed, acne prone, out of shape, smoking, drinking, and vaping.
After doing some research, he discovered that diet was the key to gut and skin inflammation, and completely changed his diet to clear his skin. He continued to eat healthy and work out, and looked for a venue to share what he had learned. Alex become a content creator with a growing following of over 400k, with the goal to inspire and teach everyone, especially teens!
Alex has seen firsthand how the right nutrition can change everything, and is on a mission to help others experience the same.
