Spirit Guides: Gifted Death Doula Reveals Insights with Gretchen Jones

Carefree and Conscious #24 guest is Helen Gretchen Jones, author of the book “Healing Whispers from Spirit Guides: Bridging the Gap Between Life and the Afterlife with a Death Doula’s Wisdom.” I arrived at a long, but accurate title for Gretchen’s interview as follows: “Spirit Guides: Gifted Death Doula Reveals Insights on the Greatest Mystery.” She simply has a unique point of view in my opinion. Gretchen shares breathtaking experiences around death, shared death experiences, and life with spirit guides, all from the viewpoint of being a gifted intuitive and channeler. I wondered after the interview, if her education in theology helped her develop a framework for being strong through diverse people’s experiences of joys and sorrows and transitions. I think you will find that she shares helpful and hopeful insights about we are never abandoned or alone, not even in death. 

Gretchen holds a dual master's degree in art history and theology from St. Edward's University. She is also certified in sound bowl therapy, Reiki, hypnosis, and past life regressions. Beyond her role as a death doula, Helen serves as an intuitive guide, delivering messages from Spirit. She co-teaches seminars with her community ranging from grounding techniques to interpreting messages and signs from Spirit, enriching the lives of diverse women across central Texas. When she's not working with hospice patients, writing, or teaching, she can be found on the family ranch hanging out with her husband, Taylor, their children, Ty and Ellie, and their menagerie of animals, including birds, cats, llamas, and goats.
