He has served as CEO and CFO at major organizations like Clinipace and Theorem Clinical Research, and he founded clinical research consultancy Pivotal Financial Consulting. Monteleone is also a board member and audit chair for the Drug Information Association (DIA). He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Millersville University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Temple University.
