Previous BuilderCasts have focused primarily on how to navigate the challenges of COVID-19, sustain our business and keep workers safe. Several episodes have touched on the human impact our business decisions make on individuals, but today's episode focuses on stories from individuals dealing with complicated realities brought upon us by the COVID-19 pandemic. Every individual has different circumstances surrounding them now at home with their loved ones, and because we all work so closely with each other we take notice of those difficulties and it  becomes personal. 

Jacob Garmon works with our Supplier members and is a critical events team member. Chelsea Andujar is CAGC's Director of Meetings and Events. We are grateful to them both for sharing their stories, which many can relate to, for the podcast.
