And, after last year, most of us are so darn exhausted that to TRY to be more, or do more.... Well, that's just a recipe for disaster and burnout!!
On this show, I'm pulling apart your identity, your labels and your conditioning and call BS on all of it!! 2023 requires a clean slate and releasing our grip on who and what we think we are is crucial. No more comfort zones, not more trying to fit in, be nice, be accepted or be different and separate or special..... It's time to know the truth. It's time to find the vulnerability that lives deep within and it's time let the REAL you out and off it's leash.
Nothing else will suffice for this year ahead so let's start NOW!! It's raw, it's real and it's straight to the heart.....
