I know that Cassandra was a little nervous to do this episode, to go back through all the pain and darkness ... but she wanted to share it with others so they too could see how she got through it all, and how she got to the other side as a transformed person. To see the path to the light! Because there is always the light ahead!!
Please note, that this episode does go into some darkness, it does address the concept of suicide, and that for some people this could be triggering...so be warned. But also know that this comes from a loving heart, from a loving space, and that we do take you all the way through to the other side, we do take you all the way back into the light ... and in fact into a brighter light than Cassandra had ever experienced before.
