There’s something about nighttime. When the noise dies down and the walls stop creaking, the veil between worlds thins—and things come creeping through. In this episode, a game of words leads to unexpected encounters: a clawed demon torments a sleeping teen; the ghost of an elderly widow is seen wandering her old backyard at night; a haunted motel room becomes a chamber of chaos; and in a single night on Cherry Street in Mesa, Arizona, neighbors in separate houses are awakened by the touch of mysterious phantom fingers. Four tales, four hauntings, all true, all conjured by chance. Some doors should stay closed, but tonight, we open them wide.
