To Increase Our Oxygen And Lower Any Stress
Diaphragm Breathing Is Sometimes Called
Abdominal Breathing
Or
Belly Breathing
Slightly Extend Our Upper Stomachs
Then
Slightly Hold Our Breaths
As We Savor
Our Lord’s Breath Of Life
His Holy Spirit
On Christ
