And Increase The Oxygen In Our Blood

Our Devotional Diaphragm Breathing
Creates Our Theta Brain Wave 
As We Prayerfully Breathe Grace.

As Far As Creating Our Muscle Memory 
The Physical Technique Of Lowering Our Diaphragms,
Whenever We Say Or Think Meditatively, 
Whether Our Eyes Are Closed Or Open,
The Word
 Jesus 
We Will Inhale 
Our Lord’s Healing, Strengthening LifeForce

On Saying Diaphragm 
We Will Lower Our Diaphragm

That’s Expanding Our Upper Stomach
To Increase Our Oxygen And Lower Any Stress

Then We Will
Slightly Hold Our Breaths
