While We Prayerfully Breathe Grace.

 

As Far As Our Muscle And Synapses Memory 

 

Whenever We Think Or Say, 

Meditatively, 

The Word

 Jesus 

We Will Inhale 

 

Feel His Breath Of Life

Entering Your Nostrils

Reaching To Top Of Your Nasal Cavity

 

Simultaneously,

Lower Your Diaphragm,

 

Then

Slightly Hold Your Breath 

 

Now Exhale, 

Feel,

 Our Lord’s LifeForce,

Through Your Spinal Cord

Into The Rest Of Your Body
