And In My Forties, I Took A Teacher Course In Yoga
It Would Have Been Nice If I Had Kept My Yoga Practice Going A Little Longer
I Have Been Using This Color Spectrum Heart
Since 1974
Mainly For Increasing My Visualization
In Diaphragm Breathing
Or Abdominal Breathing,
We Are Expanding Our Upper Stomach.
Our Diaphragms Contracts And Flattens.
This Contraction Creates A Vacuum Which Pulls Air Into the Lungs.
Diaphragm Breathing
Then Increases The Oxygen In Our Blood
Helping Us Relax
