Pim de Morree joins this episode of Center Stage to share those insights and a new venture to help shape the future of work. Starting his career as an in industrial engineering, Pim became frustrated with the outdated working practices that challenge productivity, creativity and performance. After working three years in a corporate job, he knew he needed something different. With his long-time friend Joost, both quit their jobs, formed a partnership, and set off to research, write about and share knowledge of organizations that make work fun.
