Fran Horowitz, CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch

Fran Horowitz has served as Chief Executive Officer of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since February 2017. She joined the company in October 2014 as the Hollister Brand President and prior to being named CEO, she held the role of President and Chief Merchandising Officer for all brands of A&F Co. from December 2015 – February 2017. Prior to Abercrombie & Fitch Co., Ms. Horowitz served as Brand President at Ann Taylor Loft and held several leadership roles in merchandising at Express, Inc. and Bloomingdales, as well as various positions at Bergdorf Goodman, Bonwit Teller and Saks Fifth Avenue. Additionally, Ms. Horowitz is a board member for Conagra Brands, Inc., SeriousFun Children’s Network and CECP. Fran attended Lafayette College and received her MBA from Fordham University. She resides in New Albany with her husband Michael and they have two adult children.
