Often we resist change, hoping that it will just go away if we ignore it or avoid it. But when we can see that change is a very natural process, then we can move with, rather than against, the changes in our lives to uncover the sources of healing they hold for us.

In this episode, Carol shares her own story of deep transition and how her experiences became the roots of the Seasons of Change, her natural model of transition.

Learn more about the Seasons of Change Model

If we see change as a naturally occurring event - much like the change of seasons - then we can embrace change as an invitation to improve and enhance our lives.

To grow through life's inevitable ups and downs, we must move through each season in turn.  Begin in the center with Summer and then move into:

  • Summer - Living is Easy, Life Is Good.
  • Fall - Sensing a Shift in Your Life and Preparing for What's to Come.
  • Winter - Retreating, Reflecting, and Reconnecting with Your Deep Nature to Gain New Insights about Your Future
  • Spring - Bursting into Bloom and Putting Your Plan into Action
