Krista Williams is a published author with a Master of Arts in Education and over twenty years of international experience teaching in Central America as a bilingual Certified Yoga Teacher and U.S.-Licensed Massage Therapist (License #MT-1523), offering workshops and training programs to young adults. Currently she is a Tenured Professor and Researcher in Oaxaca, Mexico, where she teaches weekly bilingual yoga and meditation classes to university students and professors.
Krista is an avid practitioner of yoga and meditation.
