In this episode, Channa Channa Channa talks to Osaka-bound, WellnessTech Entrepreneur and Head of AI Operations Jean Alfonso-Decena. Channa met Jean through Vegan and Yoga communities in the Philippines and has been friends for many years. Recently Channa reconnected with Jean through Minimal Living FB group which founded by Jean to promote minimalism.
Jean created JaiMala - the first Philippine vegan and yoga apparel brand in Manila to spread message of compassion. She rebranded this into wellness shop The JaiMala Shop and founded In Silence, to educate and provide tools and resources for people to build a holistic wellness routine by incorporating yoga, meditation, high-vibration food and conscious consumption of technology.
Jean also has a musical past. Working at a legendary record store, performing in OPM bands and helping artists/producers professional recording tools.
