USB/XLR Dynamic Microph (00:05):
Welcome
back.
This is chaos in Christ podcast.
My name is Alexi, and I'm reallyglad that you're tuning in.
last episode got a pretty decentrise.
I'm not going to lie a lot ofhits.
I don't know if this was good orbad, But either way.
My hope is that you got someperspective out of that More
positive.
(00:25):
Gave you more context?
And allowed you to just kind oftake a step back and just
recognize what we're dealingwith here.
But today.
This episode is coming out theday before election day.
And so I thought it would bewise to kind of just talk about
that.
Leave you some words of wisdomand just to share my heart with
(00:46):
you guys.
as a conservative here as a, asa Christian.
The whole buildup to, to thiselection has been definitely on
my mind for the last four years.
It was very disappointed thatTrump had lost the last
election.
I am one of those people thatbelieve that it was stolen.
To each his own.
You know, maybe it reallywasn't, but, there's just too
(01:08):
many anomalies, too many thingsthat just do not add up.
And that's just where I stand.
But here we are.
And obviously, I like to thinkthat I've grown in the last four
years.
And I'd like to think thatmaybe.
You know, you have as well.
What I want to do is kind oflook at this video.
Here, of a father, CalvinRobinson.
(01:29):
He says something here.
That I just think it's good tohear.
This has been my battle crysince 2020.
This has been, what's been on mymind in my heart ever since
then.
And I want to obviously give youa different voice.
From a man who's coming from theUK.
Giving us a warning, then we'lltalk a little bit about that
(01:50):
from there.
I just want to discuss the realproblems in our own country
here.
this spy who wins.
There's some serious things thatwe still need to acknowledge.
And then I just want to look ata few passages of Psalms 37.
I kind of talk about Psalms 37.
I'm just going to touch in on alittle bit of verses that I
think could be very.
(02:11):
Encouraging and comforting forall of us, for myself included.
So, let me go ahead and just getinto this short video.
And we'll talk a little bitabout that.
Father Kelvin Robinson.
(02:33):
I must start off with anapology.
I came from England.
This is how I speak.
I hope you can still understandme.
But I call me in love with awarning.
My beautiful nation.
Your mother lens.
Has folded.
England is no longer.
It is a beautiful shell.
Reminiscence of a time whenpeople believed in Christ.
(02:56):
And they built monuments.
The Memorial of Christ.
Where architects may buildsomething that they will never
see the fruits off of.
Because it was for greater gloryof God.
Oh, I have to stop right therefor a quick second.
See if you've noticed something, even in our own country.
What happened in 2020 when youfinally the revolution and
(03:18):
basically the mass was takenoff.
And the things that were beingtaught to our students, to us,
and even in my time in ourschool system, into the college,
what happened.
Everyone began to tear thingsdown.
Riot started to kind of comeforth.
And then there was a attacks ondifferent statues because of,
of, supposedly racism historieswithin these statues.
(03:40):
So they, defaced them, theytumbled them.
Destroyed destroyed.
And that's what the enemy does.
There's there's really nothingever beautiful about the enemy.
That's the whole point, right?
in a worldview and a philosophythat has anti-God anti-Christ.
Has nothing to do nor wantanything to do with
(04:02):
Christianity.
Then you don't get things beingbuilt out of beauty.
You get grotesque, anger, destruction in chaos.
That is what you get.
and you can see that even intothe human person.
I mean, let's be very honesthere.
When you look at people on thefar extreme left you see.
A level of ugliness that isdisplayed outwardly.
(04:24):
And I know they're going to besome people that say that is
very mean, but I'm a believerthat how you represent yourself
on the outside is reflective ofwhat's going on within And, you
know, there's a lot of jokingaround online.
When there's videos captured ofleft is raging or having some
sort of episode.
They look a particular way.
(04:47):
And people on the common sectionwill typically say, why do they
always look that way?
And I've definitelyparticipated.
because there is a common themethere.
They look that way becausethere's something inside that is
ugly already.
That is all that is holding ontodarkness and weak.
We can't help ourselves, but tolive out what we believe.
(05:10):
If it's a nihilistic, if it'sdark, if it's a philosophy that
nothing matters.
That you and I are just.
Dust particles bumping into eachother.
Then you don't have this.
Grander purpose to live for, soyou can make it up as you go.
And when you are convinced aboutyour history as being a history
(05:33):
full of racism, a bigotry, colonialism, just straight
murdering and slavery and allthat.
When you're fully convinced.
Of all of that.
There's no hope in you.
You're not going to go buildanything.
You're not going to go and be.
a light in the midst ofdarkness.
And build new things for theglory of God, because you don't,
(05:57):
you don't fear God, you probablyhate him.
And you're convincing yourselfthat you don't believe in him.
But in your hanger and hatred,it is he who you rage against.
And so what Calvin is talkingabout.
In his time.
When he talks aboutarchitecture, when he talks
about cathedrals and things thatmen would take hundreds of years
(06:20):
to build a day themselves inparticipation of that building
will never see in theirlifetime.
They will continue to do it forthe glory of God.
They understood that what theywere doing was far greater than
themselves.
Be understood that they would goand labor building these
sanctuaries, building thesebuildings, building these, just
(06:43):
the beauty of it all.
Putting detail and effort, sweatand toil.
All of that.
To potentially never actuallyseen it come to fruition.
They would live their entirelives and die before the project
would be done.
But they did it.
Because they had a sense ofeternity.
They had a sense of glory thatfar surpass the here and now in
(07:06):
this realm.
And in this time and in ourbodies, And so he's, he says
that.
That is what the scriptures, thegospel does.
When we receive the gospelmessage.
And not only redeems you andsaves you, but then it
commissions us to go and makedisciples of the nations and to
go and make everyone disciples, teaching them.
(07:28):
In the name of the father, sonand the holy spirit.
And what else do you think thathappens?
I mean, it's not justtheological spiritual
reformation.
That's explained all of thatthen surfaces out into the world
and how we do business and whatwe build and how we care for one
another.
The gospel.
Is an impact.
(07:49):
the, the human soul, it's amiracle ended of itself that he
would give us grace.
And then that grace just kind ofextends out with good works now
because we're saved from thosegood works.
But because of the goodness andgrace of God, we, we live to
serve one another as he hascreated us.
Wow.
I didn't think I was going toget that deep into this, but I
(08:09):
mean, it's so true.
What he's talking about.
he's saying that's what it oncewas for his country.
And he calls his country, ourmotherland, because if you know
our history, that is where wecame from.
Essentially so anyway, let'scontinue on with what he's
saying.
Unfortunately.
(08:31):
The average attendance of achurch in the United Kingdom is
25.
People who stopped going tochurch and they've stopped
praying.
And as a result, The Marxistshave taken over the average
English.
Family.
The birth rates at 1.4.
I'm no longer replacing eachother.
At the same time we have massiveillegal.
(08:51):
Legal immigration.
Which means that's the Mohammed.
Reading those tens one for thefirst time in my nation's
history.
Christianity is no longer thepredominant faith.
What a sad.
Sad.
Reality.
And the thing is.
(09:12):
We actually a lot of us cheerthis on as if it's a good,
inclusive thing.
And we don't realize what isgoing to happen.
we have no connection with Islamguys.
I just gotta be 100% honest withyou.
Their beliefs and what theyteach.
(09:34):
Is completely the opposite.
Of the scriptures of the Bible.
Like it.
It can't coincide.
And look, let's keep it evenmore honest.
Let's look into the countriesthat have been dominated by
Islam.
And have been cemented in thatbelief alone.
And you tell me if you wouldlive in those countries.
(09:54):
I bet you, you want it.
You might say that I'm a biggerfor saying that stuff, but that
is just real and I'm just tired.
Of this week.
Just as weak demeanor that menhave here in my country,
specifically as well, who can'thave the goals to just say it.
(10:16):
And look, what's happening toUK.
They're the church.
Attendance is low.
Guess what?
It is low in America.
And the only churches that areso jam packed in America are
those have just charismatic.
Name and it claimant nonsense.
There's no real substance there.
The scriptures aren't actuallybeing proclaimed.
(10:38):
It's all about me.
Me, me.
How do I feel?
Play my Hillsong.
Make me feel good.
There was no one there, why weare seeing judgment in our own
country.
Let's continue.
Probably in my lifetime.
As long that will be thepredominant site.
(10:59):
The United Kingdom.
So I come here to warn you.
Don't do what we do.
Keep up the prayer.
Keep the cute.
The church was full.
Oh way just this month alone.
In fact, just this weekend, myfriend was arrested.
For releasing a documentary, butjustice month.
(11:19):
I've had a friend.
Arrested charged and foundguilty.
Silence.
I talked about this in my, theepisode before the last one.
About the persecution that'scoming.
And I looked into this verystory that, Calvin Robinson is
speaking about.
This man was someone else.
(11:41):
Silently praying in front of theabortion clinic.
And it was a, it was a storyabout his own son and the
abortion that took place in hisown personal life.
So I can imagine.
That might've been in anemotional time and maybe some
reconciliation.
With him and the Lord.
for that decision.
But they were approached.
(12:01):
And we're asked, what is the, nature of your prayer?
And like I said, in the lastepisode that this is a form of
thought crime, right?
And if you read the book, GeorgeOrwell's 1984, you would
understand where that term comesfrom, comes from there.
and it's ultimately where, ifyou so much as have a different
(12:21):
thought that goes against thenarrative or whatever the state
says, That you're allowed tohave a view.
Have, if you perceive to haveany thoughts that goes against
it, that is a crime and youcould be jailed and UK.
And that's what he's talkingabout.
I already spoke about this.
In another episode.
bill, listen to it because wehave someone similar in our
(12:42):
country, Ms.
Bevel and Betty, who is inprison now.
For, peacefully protesting infront of abortion clinic.
And she's a mother.
Wife.
In prison.
Like, that's the reality of whatwe're dealing with here now.
In our own country.
So we've gone past the points ofthese mocks is bleaching.
Pleasing our language.
(13:03):
I'm policing.
To them policing.
We have these buffer zonesaround abortion sentences, where
the police come up to you andsay, are you praying for the
lives of unborn children?
And if you say yes, He getsarrested.
Because the Marxists appreciatethe power of prayer.
They appreciate that.
I'll go.
As a true and living God.
And wants to help thevulnerable.
(13:24):
That does not want us killing.
Or offspring.
Just wanted that to be the case.
And so my message to you guysthat keep the monks.
Away.
I keep the Marxist away.
And that has been my battle cry.
That has been my focus.
This is the chaos.
(13:44):
I'm talking about thisphilosophy.
Of Marxism is a poisonousphilosophy.
It places you as a victim.
And it creates.
a dividing line between theoppressed and the oppressor.
And with us.
They have done.
So.
On a cultural basis.
(14:05):
With different, you know, subphilosophies that live under
Marxism, you have critical racetheory, critical theory.
You have intersectionality.
you have this white privilegeguilt.
and, and, you know, just havingto, I guess be an activist
against your own whiteprivilege.
If you are indeed a whiteperson.
we've had so many.
(14:26):
variables of this oppressingoppressor in our day?
because there's just so manythings that people can feel
victimized.
about.
the media strokes, the fire ofthis philosophy consistently,
which is why the lastconversation I had on this
podcast about.
What they did with the PuertoRican community is also
something that's based inMarxism because what are they
(14:48):
doing?
They are marginalizing andtaking a group of a community
and making them feel like theyare the oppressed right there.
They've been disrespected.
The elites, look at them likethey're garbage.
And look at this.
Do you see that?
And now these, these are theguys that we see as oppressors,
and now we need to vote in theway that they are trying to
(15:09):
influence us.
critical race theory, blacklives matter during that time,
that was a whole nother example.
The LGBTQ.
craze that was going on.
And then all of a suddenmorphing into the transgender
movement.
Intersectionality is anothersort of philosophy that again,
rooted in Marxism.
Just gives you points for morethings that make you oppressed.
(15:32):
So, if you are, for example, ablack.
Woman.
Lesbian then you have moreoppression on you, right?
If you were a white, what theycall cisgender male with a wife,
kids and a career.
That's the oppressor.
And that's like that, thatintersectionality of things that
(15:54):
kind of connects the dots andmakes you the most.
Oppressed.
In that system.
That's what we're dealing with.
That is what we are dealingwith.
Marxism is a poison.
Okay.
And Marxism takes a whole ofpost-modern.
Philosophy as well.
Because in their defense of justbeing victims all the time.
(16:17):
And then wanting to be.
Accepted for their sexualperversion.
The post-modern thinking the,the moral relativism is that
your truth is my truth.
My truth is your truth.
And if you try to impose yourtruth on mine, then that's
another form of being, you know,a big or oppressive or something
(16:37):
like that.
But that philosophy dies on itsown logic.
It can't be true because theminute I say that, my true says,
Jersey is a lie.
You have to agree with itbecause it's my truth.
But you know, you won't agreewith it because it offends you.
You see what I'm saying?
That's all Marxism.
(16:58):
All right.
There may be differentvariables.
They have different names, theydo different things, but.
I think when you boil down toit, if you're just a victim
minded person, And every one isto blame, but yourself and you
don't take any personalresponsibility.
And this is a philosophy foryou.
This is the worldview for you.
And it will destroy.
(17:18):
It will bring about chaos.
But you know what the answer tothat chaos is.
Christ the gospel, the word ofGod.
That is why this podcast exists.
And that is why I will do this.
And so Jesus comes back.
Because dad is my fight.
Let's keep going.
Calvin Robinson has got me firedup.
(17:41):
All schools.
We talked price judiciary.
Thoughts about public life.
Don't do the same.
I think we got that you guyshave your first amendment that
protects you or your secondamendment.
Believe in those amendments.
The Marxist once.
(18:02):
Erosional constitution becausethey forget.
Your rights do not come from.
The government, your rights comefrom God.
And we need support Jesus Christback.
At the head of everything, including the state.
I say Jesus Christ may not be onthe pilot's box.
So, you know what to do.
(18:22):
I mean, I don't know if I reallyneed to add anything to that.
Because it's true.
we need to recognize who thereal king is.
And that's Christ.
Crisis the king.
And as soon as we recognizethat, and as soon as we
recognize here as Americans, that the constitution isn't
(18:43):
giving us our rights, it'sprotecting our rights already
given by God almighty himself.
As soon as we recognize this.
I think things can definitelychange, but here's the thing.
By the time you listened tothis.
episode, if you're hearing it onthe day it's released, it's the
day before election, and thenobviously many other people
(19:04):
might be, tuning in a little bitafter.
Whether you listened to thisbefore or after.
The reality is it really doesn'tmatter whether Kamala Harris or
Donald Trump getting intooffice.
We still have war against thisMarxism.
Ideology.
We still have this.
In the air and it isinfiltrated.
Everything.
(19:25):
Everything our media, ourinstitutions, our universities,
our grammar schools, highschools, libraries, music,
movies.
I mean everything.
And that is what.
This does.
Now don't get me wrong.
I think that we use common senseand I think God allows us to use
(19:46):
common sense.
In the here and now, as far aswho we vote in as our president.
And that is why it is our veryright and our duty.
And we should take fullresponsibility to cast our vote.
Which means to make a choice.
And I think the wise choice isto vote Donald Trump.
Is he a perfect guy?
Absolutely not.
(20:06):
And don't, you dare say that I'mtrying to claim the he's some
sort of savior that is refutedhere right now.
That that is just a man.
He bleeds like anyone else.
And honestly, brother's sister,if you have like this weird of
affection towards Trump, thatyou'd think that maybe he's the
second coming.
You need to repent.
(20:26):
You need to find someone to talkto.
And, kind of pray this out.
Okay.
Because that is just a man andhe, I personally don't believe
he's a Christian.
I really don't.
You know, I think that he.
acknowledges a higher power thathimself.
And he calls him God.
And I think he aligns a littlebit more culturally on the
Christian side, but I've heardsome things and see some things
(20:49):
in.
I'm not convinced.
I'm not convinced, butnevertheless, I'm not looking
for him to be, my Christian.
King or something like that.
No.
I want him to do the job justmuch like he did in, the first
term.
Policy-wise economic wise.
He was a very good president andheld his policies and his
(21:12):
promises.
Almost to the tee shirt.
He didn't get everything done, but he got most done in my
lifetime than I've ever heardof, or I've ever learned of any
other president that has done inthe past.
So I say vote Donald Trump.
If you haven't done it already.
Look, I already know what we'regoing to get with Kamala Harris.
(21:33):
You already know what you willget.
If you do your homework with whoshe is.
And then just pay attention tohow she talks and interviews.
And in different scenes, thiswoman is a chameleon.
She, she has no actualpersonality.
She's just adapting to whatever, whoever likes her.
And she's going to just fakelaugh her way through it.
(21:54):
She's an empty suit of a person.
Not very wise, not very smart, low IQ, but definitely craves
power.
Very dangerous because those maygreat tyrants.
Well, great for those that arecontrolling her.
Well, wool to us.
To have someone like that.
And look, I'm not going to getinto the history of Kamala
(22:16):
Harris right now.
But aside from that, DonaldTrump gets in.
Fantastic.
We still have that thing that wehave to deal with.
We still have a severe problemin the churches today.
Either a, the gospel is notactually being preached.
And there's, there's just a lotof softness, right?
We're not actually getting themeat and potatoes of what the
(22:38):
scriptures teach.
Because we're afraid ofoffending people.
and then.
B, most people aren't even goingto church.
In general.
We've adopted this idea ofChristianity, where we can take
a lot of the sins that weappreciate and enjoy.
And then yeah, we'll throw in alittle Christianity in there,
but then, that's it that's, youcan't mess with these things
(22:58):
here, but we get offended.
If someone says we're notChristian, so you like, that's
the cultural Christianity.
That's a problem right now.
So even if Donald Trump gets in,there's so much that we are
still going to face.
There's so much, that's stillgonna happen.
And I doubt that the left isjust going to leave it alone and
let it be.
(23:19):
So we need to be on our guard.
And we need to still recognizeand do some soul searching.
Who are we?
As people as Americans, as ahuman being, as whoever you've,
wherever you find yourself inthe work that you do, who are
you?
And then if your concern is.
Kamala Harris winning which a Ishare in that concern.
(23:40):
I really do.
But if your concern is in that, then.
This is the portion of thispodcast.
And I just want to give you somecomfort off of scripture.
I have here on my screen.
If you're watching this on X.
Psalm chapter 37.
I'm going to read just a few ofthese.
So I would encourage you to readthe whole thing.
But I'm going to go ahead andtouch on verse one, read on down
(24:03):
until I think I'm going to stopand just kind of we'll sit there
and we'll end this podcast, but, verse one, chapter 37 reads.
Fret, not yourself because ofevildoers.
And be not envious ofwrongdoers.
For, they will soon fade likethe grass.
And whether like the green herb.
I love.
I love that.
(24:24):
Fret, not yourself.
what I love about this is italmost says like chill out.
Don't panic.
Don't let yourself get soburdened with anxiety and fear.
Because of the evil doers thatyou can clearly see are there.
Don't worry about the KamalaHarris is in the world.
Don't worry about the democraticparty actually succeeding.
(24:48):
It's a scary thought.
Don't get me wrong.
But here we are.
because if you will doers.
Be not envious.
Wrongdoers.
And that's, you know, That's foranyone, right?
Because we can look atwrongdoers and distinct Manny,
get away with everything.
I have the power.
They have the respect.
You know, no one messes withthem.
(25:09):
They don't have to go throughthe persecution.
But the word of God here sellingus to.
Not to be envious of them.
Because they're going to fadelike the grass.
There is an expiration date onevildoers.
They will wither like the greenherb.
That is a fact.
It will happen.
God's time is not our time.
(25:31):
And that's where our frustrationcomes from.
We wish.
and desire for it to be now.
And if it was up to you and me,it'd be now.
God.
Is wise.
He is sovereign.
And he sees the beginning fromthe end and he's working all
things.
For our good and for his glory.
And so what are we instructed todo in verse three?
(25:52):
We read trust in the Lord.
And do good.
That's key.
And then the second part of thatis, oh man, it's even even
better.
So it says trust in the Lord anddo good.
And then it goes on to say,Dwell in the land and be friend
faithfulness.
Delight yourself in the Lord andhe will give you the desires of
(26:14):
your heart.
please read the entire chapter,do a study.
Take it to your church.
And just really dive into it.
It is my sense of comfort andhope.
But anyway, So we're not toworry, be anxious, be fearful,
dread, or fret ourselves becauseof evil doers.
(26:34):
We are not to look at wrongdoersand just kind of have envy for
them, right.
Because of what seems like theeasy life for them.
Because as the scripture issaying, they're going to fade.
They're all going to meet theirend.
They're going to be expired atone point.
And so when we are instructed totrust in the Lord, right?
But that is the part that I findcomfort in when I read this, In
(26:57):
a world where we are under aKamala Harris regime.
And we are fully in a oligarchytotalitarian Marx's world.
All I have is to trust in theLord.
All I have is to understand thatin his sovereign will God
allowed this.
And we are here for such a timeas this.
(27:19):
And it's not for us to wish wecan go back.
it is for us to remain and befaithful.
And that's why I love the otherpart of this.
This verse.
Because it says trust in theLord and then do good.
Do good.
Love your neighbor.
Serve him.
Serve God.
Humble yourself and submissionto an extent to authority, to an
(27:43):
extent, because as soon as theycall you to break or, or, a law
of God or violate yourconscience, Due to God's word,
then you can't do that.
You must resist.
But obviously.
God has saw fit that we shouldlive through this.
And he goes on to tell us.
To dwell in the land.
(28:06):
And be friend faithfulness.
So we are to remain where we areat.
God has called us where we areliterally sitting or driving,
listening to this podcast.
He has called us to be here.
To be here during these moments.
And we are to dwell in the landthat he's placed us.
And be friend.
(28:26):
Faithfulness.
That means don't live by lies.
serve your neighbor as you wouldyourself.
Love your neighbor.
Love God with all your heart, mind, soul, and strength.
Be in your churches.
do your job.
Whatever that looks like.
Do that.
(28:46):
And then delight yourself in theLord.
Because that is where our realjoy comes from.
That is where our real peace.
Comes from.
And all that we desire as longas we are delighted in the Lord.
He will give to us.
(29:08):
And then he even goes on to say, commit your way to the Lord
trust in him.
And he will act, he will bringforth righteousness as the light
and your justice as the noonday.
Be still before the Lord andwait patiently for him.
Fret, not yourself over the onewho prospers in his way.
Over the man who carries outevil devices.
(29:28):
He's saying, Hey, look, I knowyou recognize what is happening.
And if you see like an electionstolen, for example, I'm not
saying that's what's happening.
I don't know the future.
I am recording this.
on a Thursday night before theelection.
But say there was like some sortof election interference
stealing or something, and it'sjust plainly obvious.
(29:51):
What do we read here?
Be still before the Lord waitpatiently for him.
Fret, not yourself.
Over the one who prospers in hisway over the man who carries out
evil devices.
There's a lot of things that wehave no control over guys.
We don't have control over.
But what we do know is that Godhas told us in his word to just
(30:13):
be still trust in him.
Dwell in the land befriendfaithfulness.
And do not worry about theseevil doers.
That's what's important.
So it doesn't matter who wins.
I want Donald Trump to win, buteven then we still have some
real serious things going on.
(30:35):
And again, I can't fully trustDonald Trump.
I don't know if he'd decided toflip the script a second term,
having no idea.
I don't think he will, but.
I'm also not like that naiveeither.
COVID should have taught usthat.
So even if Donald Trump wins, wedon't know exactly what the next
four years is going to looklike.
All I can tell you, is this.
(30:56):
God has given us his word.
He's given us his promise.
He's given us instruction and hehas comforted us.
By letting us know that he iswith us.
And as long as we delight inhim, He will give us the desires
of our heart.
That is a promise that I willhold on to.
We have a lot of work.
(31:18):
We have dropped the ball.
And I think it falls on thechurch to step up.
And proclaim the gospel, speakto truth.
And disciple the nations, disciple, the people that are
around us.
We need to get back to that.
Because otherwise we havegreater things that are, is
going to come our way.
(31:38):
And we should count ourblessings that we're not like
UK.
But don't think for one second,it can not happen that way
either.
When the Lord tells us to dwellin the line and be front
faithfulness.
That's what that means.
We don't lie.
We speak the truth.
We work hard.
And when we teach, preach andshare the gospel all the way.
(32:00):
So all right.
Hope that is helpful.
I hope you're encouraged bythat.
Honestly, guys read.
Psalms 37.
I mean, you can't go wrong.
That is a source of comfort forme during these times.
And I hope it's a comfort foryou.
So make sure that you share thiswith someone that you think
(32:20):
should hear this, especially ifthey have concerns about.
The times that we're living inthe election and what that looks
like.
