Vicky Dearing, MC.C., is the Results Coaching Global Founder. She has spent her entire career in education. She has been a teacher, administrator, and principal, leading a school to a national blue ribbon school of success. She began working with coaching during her time as principal and stepped into leadership coaching when she joined her RCG colleagues. Vicky has been a co-author for both RCG books and has a master level of credentials with the international coaching federation, and is a lead instructor with Results Coaching Global Founder.

The Brothers Ortiz
The Brothers Ortiz is the story of two brothers–both successful, but in very different ways. Gabe Ortiz becomes a third-highest ranking officer in all of Texas while his younger brother Larry climbs the ranks in Puro Tango Blast, a notorious Texas Prison gang.
