 Jorge Valenzuela is an education coach, an author, a professor at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and the lead coach at Lifelong Learning Defined. Awarded the Make It Happen Award by the International Society for Technology in 2021, Jorge has drawn from his action research methodology, helping school leaders and teachers reach their unique success paths to innovation in school leadership, tiered instruction, project-based learning, computer science and STEM education, and social-emotional learning across the curriculum. Additionally, he facilitates workshops throughout the country.
