A little wind in the background! As we learn more about narcissistic abuse and its impact on our lives, we learn there is a process called the trauma bonding process. The trauma bonding process begins the moment we are born into this fallen world. The trauma bond is necessary to keep us deceived by thinking we are in love with someone or something. It is also necessary to keep us inside the matrix spiritually. Once we learn about the trauma bond, we learn we must break many trauma bonds that have been put in place throughout our entire lives.
