Welcome to Chasing Carrots The Podcast! Today’s episode is a personal reflection on navigating life’s challenges and adapting to them.

We live in a world that is changing faster than most of us can keep up with, and most of the time we’re not giving ourselves enough time to process and adapt, heck many of us have grown up with the idea that there is too much to do and accomplish that there isn’t enough time to slow down and take a breather.

So what is the result of not allowing ourselves any down time?

This is the question that I explore in this podcast episode. I share with you my personal experience dealing with the constant changes in my life and how they impacted my mental and emotional health, as well as how the visual metaphor of a rabbit chasing a dangling carrot saved me from one of the darkest moments of my life.
