Welcome to Chasing Carrots The Podcast! In this episode I'm joined by special guest Tam Hernandez and we talk about what our journey has been like when it comes to ending toxic patterns and replacing them with habits that support the life we are calling in.
Letting go of what doesn’t serve us any more is a phrase we hear quite often, but how do we know that something or someone no longer serves us or our highest good?
We also explore what it takes to replace toxic patterns with habits that support our healing process.
Tam Hernandez is a holistic entrepreneur, healer, and certified Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health coach. After struggling with perinatal and postpartum depression, she realized how neglected women were during pregnancy and postpartum in our "healthcare" system. So, she created "Holistic Mamahood - a space where expecting and new mothers can find resources to support a healthy pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. Tam believes that health is wealth and food can be used as medicine. Her mission has also lead her to help others become better versions of themselves by breaking unhealthy eating habits and creating healthier habits that support a holistic lifestyle.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
